I know a girl who is 11 and really would like to help out with people to get money.Like take care of baby pets.Or sweep up the leaves in gardens,or even wash your car.For 10 pounds or more.
BUT IT'S ILLEGAL!

It's not illegal for kids to get paid for chores. There would be a ton of parents in jail including myself if that were true. I had a paper route when I was 10. I also babysat & fed pets while people were on vacation. There is nothing wrong with it

It's only illegal if she is working for a company. If she is walking dogs, cleaning up someone's yard, etc, she can earn a little extra money that way. She is too young to babysit, though.

Its not illegal here in the US. Kids do it all the time. She isn't working for a company, she isn't working 40hrs a week. Relax let the little go getter rake your leaves and enjoy the break.
