okay, I have read many sites on trying to concieve, and I just need a little assurance, and some advice from those of you who may have done this, and maybe you can help me with something that's not written in these sites.
First period was 10-01 to 10-4 then again 10-24 to 10-29. I tried one of those conception calendars and it had today as being a fertile day, but my cervecal mucas is not clear and stringy, it's white and boogary, but not clear and stretchy. From what I've read, that your chances of getting pregnant is higher with the clear and stretchy mucas. please help, is there any chance of concieving tonight? My husband works really weird hours, is on the road alot. We both want a family, but sometimes he's away at "the conception time." So I was wondering if there was anyone who knows more then what these sites have provided for me. Thank you so much.

I was at the store yesterday and saw a girl with the name of "Fallon". I thought it was interesting. I would never use it but thought it was kinda neat.
Also, what do you think about the girl's name Karina/Carina? Also, which spelling do you like better? We're not pregnant now, but both like the name.

The other day, i was in a coffee shop with my friend and we sat on a sofa near the window and a pregnant woman came over to me with a bottle of water and said in a rude way "Im pregnant so can you move" We did in the end and I know it was right for her to sit down and if she asked politely i woulnt have minded. It just really annoyed me that becuase she was pregnant, she thought she had the right to tell someone to move. Anyone agree?

Ok, so I need some help with names for a book I am writing. It is about a bunch of Orphaned girls, that live in an all-girl boarding school.
There are the two Atman-Caddie sisters (a 11 year old and a 6 year old) who have dirty-blonde hair, and turquiose eyes. Their father (Christian Lee Atman) had abused them when they were 6 and 1, so they had lived with their mother (Annabelle Louise Caddie) and her boyfriend (Jonathon James Naper) until they were killed in a car crash, when they were 9 and 4.
There is also a Larkin girl (12), who has dark brown hair, and deep blue eyes. She lived with her Aunt (Margaret Jane Larkin) until she learned that she was not her real neice. She moved to the place when she was 6.
Lastly there are the Backman girls. There is an 11, 7, 6 , and 4 year old. They all have light brown hair (except the blonde 4 year old ), and brown eyes. their mother couldn't afford them.
The main Charater is the older Atman-Caddie, so she's most important. Thanks!~Ab

I have a 1 week old little girl, and at about 3am every night she cries and cries. I try to feed her, change her, hold her, sing to her...everything. but nothing can calm her down. My mom said that after I try everything possible to calm her down, if she is still crying to let her cry it out. The problem is, it breaks my heart to hear her crying. Is it a good idea to let a 1 week old cry it out or is there something else I can do???

My husband says that if i think about making a baby sooo much that usually stuff doesn't work out when you think about it too much. We already have a 15 month old and we'll be starting to try for baby #2 at the end of next month! We've been planning on it for the past few months now and i'm so excited to start trying. He is excited as well but is worried that I won't be able to get pregnant for some reason. I chart my temps and mucus so I know exactly when I ovulate so how could I not get pregnant if we try on the days I know i'm fertile? I know it isn't always for sure to get pregnant for the first few months of trying but all the woman in my family have gotten pregnant right away with all their babies and so did I with our first which wasn't really planned since I was on birth control pills.

I am 29 weeks pregnant. Every time I share with my fam and friends my notion of going drug free for my delivery, I get laughs from them and they are like "Oh honey, you may be well-intentioned, but you're gonna get one once you're feeling the labor."

Well, maybe I don't feel like risking paralysis and drugs getting to the baby and backache for the rest of my life and a drowsy baby and who knows what else... epidurals are just not safe-sounding... messing with your spinal nerves?

I'd like to think that a day of incredible pain will end up being worth it avoiding epidural side effects for years to come...

I am freaked out though! Any encouragement from gals who've gone natural? Anyone else feeling the way I do and planning to not get drugged?

I know that some people can walk right after childbirth, but most of asians need to rest for at least a month in order to walk or be active again.

Usually how long do they have to rest?
Do you know how long your mom took a rest after childbirth?

My period isn't due for another week and a half. I started to bleed today, but just very lightly(like I can only see it when I wipe). My question is, how long does it take for implantation bleeding to occur once pregnant, and how long does the bleeding last for. How soon can I take a HPT for a positive result? And could it be a sign of pregnancy? I don't know what else it could be with my period still so far away.
PS Had sex on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thanks for all answers.

I have a 4 year-old son who I feel I have lost total control of. When he's happy, he's sweet and full of love. When he listens, he is very proud of himself for listening. But when he is mad, he is mean and hurtful and physical. He will blatantly ignore his father and i and when we follow through with a consequence, he laughs at us and hits us. I have swatted his butt, which he thinks is funny. I have tried timeouts, everything i can think of... I try and predict what situations will set him off and try to help him make good choices before they happen. He also has two sisters, who pick on him or ask him to play and then sneak away and lock him out and won't play anymore. This if course makes him angry, but then he gets in trouble for hitting them. His actions are wrong, but he has a right to feel upset. His father thinks I am babying him on top of it because i want to help him learn to deal with feelings rather than always punishing. I feel like a failure as a mother. Help

I know its different for everyone, but i just want to know if theres an "average" that suggests that its a certain trimester. Or if you can answer it this way, after which month does one usually start to see more than the "one pound a week" suggestion. I know ideally doctors don't want you to gain more than that ever, but I know it rarely happens that you stay w/in that recommendation. Everyone tells me that they felt they didn't do worse "this month" but suddenly at the doctor's office they gained 8lbs instead of 4 etc etc. When do these bigger jumps occure?

i'm 23 wks pregnant and this is my first pregnancy ever and i'm more lost than anything. i live alone in germany because my hubby is deployed in iraq. anyways, i was showing my mother in law a pic of the crib bedding we bought for our baby online. but then she said, "don't let the baby sleep in the crib until she's 7 months because she can die." i'm here thinking, "WTF?!" i mean i have heard of SIDS but the way she said it, scared me. i'm the oldest of 5 kids, my sibs always slept in the crib with no problem. and i believe it's a parent's choice if they choose to have the baby sleep in their bed. i'm going to be alone until nov '08 but i don't want to accustom her to our bed. but why did she say my baby could die?! that really scared me :'( anyone?! thx :|
