Control your food sizes. If you eat a cup of mash potatoes just start eating one half of a cup. Don't try to make major changes too fast or you will get fed up. Face it, we can't take all our junk food away in a day, we just can start eating less of it until we have it under control. Another thing is to back off soda and start drinking water (or flavored water if you don't like just regular plain water).

You can keep eating but you have to replace the foods you're eating. Instead of chips, bread, cookies, crackers, etc., eat celery, carrots, apples, etc. If you cut out sodas and drink more water and cut back on fast food, you can lose weight that way. Add a little exercise and you'll be amazed how quickly that weight will come off. Good luck!

you could try like eating healthier foods, salads, fruits. etc.
exercise just go jogging around the block everyday.
i have the same probalem.
