I am 8 weeks pregnant and i constantly feel sick it feels like bad butiflys in my stomach iv had it constantly for about 2 weeks now plus im always throwing up in the morning and night. I never feel like eating but i make sure i do for the baby is this normal and is there anything that can help?

We love the name Georgie for our baby girl due next week. And she'll be named after both our grandads (George) and my mum (Rose). However, i'm not so keen to have her christened as Georgie-Rose as it's not a propper name. The problem is that i'm not keen on Georgia or Georgina etc.. Would it really be so bad? My boyfriend is just Danny, not Daniel and i always make fun. What do you think?

And you walked in on her sleeping in bed next her boyfriend of 2.5 years in the morning. He is 18, she is 17. You know they have been sexually active for about 6 months, and before they did they came to you and your spouse asking for advice, and you knew they where going to do it anyway so you let your daughter get on birth control to be safe. You know your daughters boyfriend loves and respects her and they are in a very serious relationship. You like the guy and would never charge him with stagitory rape bc you like him, and he was honest about what him and your daughter where going to do and they did come to you for advice about it. He stays at your house because his parents kicked him out when he turned 18, and hes staying there untill he finishes college. he pays you rent, and has his own room that he usually stays in, but this morning he happened to be in your daughters room sleeping next to her and it caught you off gaurd. would you say something, or just let it go?

I'm putting together a humorous speech about being a young parent for a college class revealing the "ugly truths" of having kids at an early age.. for example:

"If it looks like peanut butter, smells like peanut butter, and feels like peanut butter... It might not be peanut butter."

What are some of the "Golden Rules" you've learned about being a parent that I might be able to incorporate into my speech?

I know its not appropriate but the fact is these kids are growing up fast. My son told a girl he thought she was "hot" and he liked her (apparently all the boys do).

My son has braces because of an overbite and glasses. My son said she responded by acting like she was going to vomit, flipped him off and said he was a dork because he has buck teeth and can't close his mouth. He was real hurt by this.

I told him he doesn't want friends with such a bad attitude. I try to tell him he won't always have braces and/or glasses.

I'm 15 and yes i'm sexually active with my boyfriend of 9 months. (Dont give me the crap about being young!) We always use protection and i am on the pill. Butt... I am also on antibiotics and my doctor says the pill might not be effect with them.
We got a bit careless (Not going into detail)
Now i've been getting dizzy spells and my hips kill!
Are these signs of early pregnancy?
I have had my period but its possible to be pregnant with periods isnt it?
Please no crap about being young!! Drives me mad!

Hi everyone,

I'm starting to get concerned.
Normally I feel kicks anywhere from below my belly button to below my ribs.
I have just recently (last hour) been feeling kicks really really low down, never ever felt it so low. Its down towards my 'you know what'!
It feels so surreal, like its trying to kick its way out! Literally!

Is this just normal?

At 16 weeks I went into hospital and they discovered my cervix was open so was at risk of miscarriage or premature birth but ultrasonographer at 20 week scan said there was 'no funnelling' now, which I think meant its not open.

I'm so scared of premature birth at the mo and get scared at every little thing.

Its probably nothing to do with it but last night I had really strong period type pains, which i was worried about but soon put it to the back of my mind.

Am I just being stupid?!
Can anyone tell me if they know whats happening or if their baby kicks so low? xx

I moved to Phx from FL and been here for 7 months. My relationship that I came here for fell apart due to my x not trying. Now I'm 6 weeks pregnant. Can I leave back to Florida with my child when it is born? I can't leave now because I won't have insurance.

help. she refuses any food other than pizza or chocolate and i have tried sending her to bed hungry etc. she will not even flush the loo anymore saying its my job. her room is beyond help, toys are ruined through lack of respect and she hardly sleeps staying up playing in her room to all hours.when she goes out to play she wont use a loo and wets herself yet here she stays dry . she has even stolen money from my purse its sending me nuts i remember what a lovely child she was now shes a nightmare. i dare not even take my eyes off her when near her sister as i think she hurts her when im not looking. hubby works all hours so he cant help much and to be honest hes not much help anyway on the childcare front. i feel very alone somedays when she is being a brat

I just asked this question. but everyone was pronouncing it different from what I pronounce it.

Hi all I am 35 weeks pregnant and and hit a deer on my way to work this morning. Other than dmaging my car and being really shook up I don't think I hurt anything. I have beenunder alot of stress the past few weeks, my g-pa passed away after fighting cancer a week after we found out my g-ma had it too well unfortunetly she didn't have time to fight it. and passed away monday morning. I watched her gasp for her last breaths I haven't been able to sleep since. I am having horrible back pains and have been since last night. After my incident this morning I noticed a little brownish pink on my panty liner. I have been to the doctor for preterm labor symptoms and I feel like I am driving them crazy w/ all my concerns. But I know being over whelmed w/ stress isn't good for the baby. What should I do and am i over reacting?

I have a three year old step son who calls me "mama", and his biological mom is ticked because of this. I didn't ask him to call me this, and originally he called me by my first name, but has since started calling me "mama". I don't want to tell him to call me my name if he wants to call me "mama". My first daughter is 2 1/2 and her name is Reagan Elizabeth. I have another daughter due in January and we were thinking of the name Jordan Marie. I know Marie is a common name, but it is a family name as was Elizabeth, so we would like to use that name.

That's what I have going on. We have to drive to go to a funeral. What can i do to make it easier on my daughter? Also I was thinking about leaving at night but when we get there, she'll be wide awake. When's the best time that you found to leave? How often did you stop? Normally for this trip we stop once or twice for rest areas then once more for food. What did you bring to keep the child content? Did you sit in the back seat with the child? First time mom so I'm just trying to figure out the best possible way to make it easy for everyone!!
