I think its cute! it's different but also fits in with the trend of names ending in -ana being popular. Mia would be a cute nickname too!
I also like Mina and Mirabelle
(I would have pronounced it me-ah-nuh even if you didnt have that up there, I don't think its too hard to pronounce!)

Miana - nice. I tend to prefer not made up names. But this is kind of nice.
I would use Mariana or Milana with the nickname Miana myself.
Also like Oriana, Siana ,

I think of a Mazda Miata.
On the plus side, that makes it easier for me to come up with the correct pronunciation.
On the minus side, it's still a car.
What about Marina? It has more of a history as a given name, plus it's quite elegant and unusual.

That's not a bad name, and it beats the hell out of another girl named Riley, Emma or Emily.
I'll be biased and give my little girl's name as a suggestion - we named her Clea, and people seem to think it's pretty good. At least it's unique, and she won't be the tenth Emily in her class.

I thinkl it is a beautiful name. However having to correct everyone that mispronounces the name will be lifelong issue. I named my little one Kiriana & for 16 years it has been butchered.

I like it - it might help if it's spelled differently to help others with the pronounciation. Whatever you like best is all that matters though, ultimately. (We named our oldest Mattea and pronounce it Mah-TEE-ah and everyone calls her Mah-TAY-uh if they first read her name - so she has to correct people all the time)
Maybe Mianah, Mianna, Miannah would be easier? Very pretty though - CONGRATS!!! and Best Wishes!!!
