Well, I am a petite teenager and prefer the normal sized pads, because I don't have to worry as much about leaking. I like Kotex and Stayfree. If you get the ultra thin ones, they don't bother you as much as the maxi ones. As for tampons, tampax makes ones for "juniors," but they make me sick to my stomach and would suggest trying Playtex Gentle Glide Slimfits. You can't feel them and don't hurt in or out. Good luck!

I have always preferred Always b/c they seem to have the thinest pads available. But I recently found that Target has a generic product that is very thin and works just as well. You might want to check them out. I have actually loved all of the Target generic products I've tried - from health and beauty to baby care. They are really good quality

Always brand makes a "slender". That's what my daughter uses. You can get it at most drug stores or discount stores (like Wal-Mart).

Walmart has every kind of menstrual thing you could possibly ever need. Maybe Rite Aid too.
