During the first trimester, is there any definitive way a doctor can tell exactly how old your unborn baby is? Is there any room for error? For example, if somebody thought they were only 8 weeks pregnant when in reality they were really 12 weeks pregnant would the doctor know?

I uslaay fell him EVERYDAY. I'm 23 weeks and I haven't felt him in like 2 days.I called the doctor & he said its most ikely normal he can't tell me anything over the phone of course. I kinda want to got to the hospital But im not sure. ANY advice please

Our son seems to always be how scheaming to get passed real food and move on to dessert. He spends time at his real moms and at our house which means most the time he is eating dinner there and dessert then coming over here and eating more dessert. My husband doesn't seem to have a problem with this. My husband is 300lbs and he tells me stories about how hard it was to be the "fat" kid. Our boy isn't fat but he is getting big. At 6 he wears a 9-10. Tonight I made spaggetti which our son is supposed to love and I gave him this teeny-weenie portion just for an experiment. He nibbled and pushed it around for 30 min then announced that he was full. I took a shower and when I got out his dad and he were plowing through a plate of cookies - really full, ...full of something but not food. I'm thinking about just giving him what he wants until he's sick of it or it makes him feel sick. Instead of food I'll just give him candy at meals, and offer nothing else. I need help I'm fed up.

My 10 month old is a very sweet boy. He is very good with everyone. He will even give "kisses" on your cheek if you ask.
Only problem is he likes to bite sometimes when he is playing. It really can hurt sometimes (he has 7 teeth). What would be the best way to get him to stop doing this? I wouldn't mind so much except that he has a 13 month-old cousin and they "fight" sometimes. I don't want him to hurt her unintentionally.

I'm having twins and I need two girls names. I've looked on all sorts of sites and looked at books, but I can't find any girls names that really excite me.

I kind of like the names Gwen, Lindsay, Sara, and I like most weather names, but I can't decide on one that I don't find something I like better. I want them to have very beautiful names because my name is Claudia, and I have never liked my name. It's even worse considering I was born in '83 so I grew up with people like Ashley, Brittany, Heather, and Tiffany.

I need some help on some absolutely beautiful names. oh and you don't have to use the names I've provided. The names and the fact I like weather/ nature names were just guidlines

my baby is 12 days old , seems to me she doesnt get enough milk , she is always hungry even after one hour of breastfeeding ,i give her the formula after breastfeeding she sometimes takes 60ml !! so what is the problem and how to solve it ? i want her to take only my milk and feel full

I don't have children right but I want to in a few years. What are some good ways to raise polite and well mannered children? I don't want my kids to be the type to talk back and throw fits and then just let them away with it. So anyone with good advice, let me no some good teqniques.
Also do you believe in a spanking once in awhile? My parents did me once and awhile because I was bad the odd time. I know a lot of parents that do and they say it helps a lot and that sometimes verbal talk is not enough. They also explained to me how it says in the bible that a spanking once and awhile is what children need. What do you parents think?

ok. so there is this guy who i like REALLY like. Problem :he keeps sending me really mixed messages. sometimes he is really nice, but other times he is really mean to me. I sleep with a pillow between my legs. I wake up about every hour with a lot of pain on the leg that is on the bottom, so I turn over and try to sleep on the other side. The pain is below the knee in that muscle on the back of the leg. My circulation is fine, the leg isn't asleep or anything.

The left leg hurts a lot more than my right. Sometimes when I go to sleep on my right side, (having not laid on the left side in hours) my left leg still hurts. What on earth could be causing this? It is nothing like a charlie horse...

My 3 year old took my cellphone a couple hours ago, and had me searching all over the house for it. Something told me to go to T-mobile.com to see if she called anyone, and BOY DID SHE!!!! She ran my bill up $10, calling 411 and an old friend of mine that I haven't spoke to in years. She called him 3 times, and one time she was on the phone with my friend for over an hour. Should I call my friend to apologize?? What should I tell my daughter?? She is always taking my stuff and hiding it!
