Try this:
Drink a big glass of Orange juice and then lie down for 20 minutes, if you don't feel the baby move then get to a hospital.

I sort of freaked out around the same time during my pregnancy - baby moved and moved and moved and then didn't feel movement for a day or two. Don't forget though - baby is still pretty small - maybe baby has changed position which is why you can't feel the movements. Have you tried drinking a cold drink then lying on your side for an hour? That generally (but NOT! always) got a reaction from my daughter! My daughter was fine and she is now a perfect 5.5month old!
Try not to panic - it could be perfectly normal - if you really are worried - if your instincts are telling you to go the hospital then you should go - for your own piece of mind at the very least. Don't be embarrased about over-reacting or anything - better to be safe than sorry hey!
Good luck - hope all is well!

I wouldn't worry too much... you are only 23 weeks, so there could still be some movement that you aren't feeling. Plus, your baby sleeps inside you too. He/she isn't moving all the time... I would give it another day or two. If you really want to test it out, lay down on your side and just relax for a while and watch TV or something.... see if he/she moves. That's when my baby moves the most. If you still haven't felt anything after another day or two, make an appointment.

I know you probably don't want to hear " don't worry too much" so i'm not going to say that coz i'm 26 weeks and still get all worked up when I don't feel my little girl when I wake up in the morning. Try eating or drinking some thing with alot of sugar in it, like OJ or I drink tea with plenty of sugar in it (no more than 3 teaspoons tho :D) which sends her crazy on occations but it puts your mind at ease. I'm sure there is nothing to worry about but thats me and if drinking or eating some thing sugary doesn't work, go to the hospital or dr and get it checked out via stethoscope for the heartbeat. Good Luck!!

You should feel movement every day. When you dont feel ANY movement for a whole day something is wrong.
If you feel LESS movement, its okay, that happens as the baby grows and sleeps. Just like a newborn they will sleep as they grow for a couple days straight, and then be really active a couple days later to make up for it, and to use those new things they grew.
If you have not felt ANY MOVEMENT in a 24 hour period you NEED to go to the ER.

Not feeling movement is perfectly fine. You have to keep in mind that the baby might not be awake the same time you are. He/She might be moving while you are asleep.
Just to be sure, i would go to the hospital, though.
