i only wont to kids and i an having my scent one in Dec.

i only wont to kid i'm having my secant one in Dec. I've tried birth control and, condoms don't work. my Dr. sead that they will tide them at 21 or i can find anther Dr. to do it but I'm don't know how to find one.

i have been with my boy friend for 3 years i have not had sex with any one other then him and we just don't wont any more kids. how can i find a Dr. that will tie my tubes? i would like for people to stop giving me rood answers.

your over eighteen and legally you should be able to get any doctor who performs the service to do it. legally you are an adult obviously not until after december but look into it ask your ob about it and see what they say about it.
just think about the fact that its a pretty permanent situation and reversal is very rare.

I don't know of any doctors that will tie the tubes of an 18 yr old. I think you can prevent pregnancy, you're just too lazy to do it. Get the shot, there are birth control shots that last 3 months or so at a time. Also, getting your tubes tied or being on birth control does not give you reason to not use a condom - you can still get sexually transmitted diseases.

Most doctors will tie your tubes if you have 3 children or are at least 25 years old. There is an increase risk to your health because your body is not fully developed yet so finding a doctor will be very hard unless you have a lot of money to convince him or her with!

I believe that doctors are unable to do so until at least age 22 IF the woman has two kids. Other than that I believe it is age 25 to have it done. You need to find a form of birth control that is reliable, other than the Depo shot...these things can cause weight gain, and can cause a woman to become almost psychotic. One of my husband's ex-bosses ended up divorced because his wife started throwing things at him. Totally changed her personality. I have never gotten pregnant myself while using the gel. You use it within an hour before having sex (Even just a minute before works). You might change your mind when you get older and you might meet a guy that you want to spend the rest of your life with that wants children of their own.

You might have a hard time finding a Dr. who will tie your tubes at such a young age. What if, when you turn 28, you decide you want another?

a dr wont tie your tubes as a form of birth control espically at your age...18 is way to young to get your tubes tied and any credible dr will refuse you unless you have a SERIOUS Medical condition they just wont do it.......if you dont want to have any more babies use a condom or take birth control pills, or get an IUD put in......

I feel your pain. I haven't had ANY kids, so no one will tie mine. But, I did manage to get an IUD, you should try one of those until they will tie your tubes. Good luck.

The easiest way to do this is to have a c-section, and then have them do it before they close you up.

Catholic hospitals will not do it. You will need to find another kind of hospital if you are planning on using a Catholic one right now.

Age does not matter. My mom was quite young when she had her tubes tied as well. It is just finding the right hospital.
