and my doctor said that my uterus was backwards or upside down I can't remember which one......but I do know it wasn't regular........she said about one third of women are like this .....has anyone heard of this? will it affect child birth/ labor......(she told me because it is like this she had to put the thing (the ultrasound thing) toward my rectum) I am only eight week so the baby's is still too small for a regular ultra sound......but yeah not too sure about this uterus thing....should I be worried????

I like themed middle names.I dont have any kids yet but when I do i want to have them have weather themed middle names.So far i like
Chloe Rain
Sophia Snow
Jane ....( i need a middle name for that)

Noah Frost
Nathan Storm
James...(i need a middle name for that one as well)

Do you like these names ?Also i need a middle name for Jane and James that is weather related?Also should Frost go with Nathan or Noah and then suggest a middle name for the one who doesnt get Frost?

Hi, i am now 18 week's pregnant with my second child, And my Question is,i was slim before haveing my first child and since i have had like left over from baby fat and that, but now im avarge size with my second but i have lost 32 pounds through out this pregnancy, i eat healthy and try to eat good amount of meal's but i just get so full, Is this weight loss hurting my baby ???If someone knows how to answer this please do

I have raised eight children and have eight grandchildren, and I have never experienced a child like my 2 1/2 year old grandson. He bites and hits and pinches and kicks my daughter (his mother) and then will bite himself and hit himself in the face. This is over any thing when he does not get his way. I went out to Pizza Hut to eat with them this afternoon and I have never experienced such behavior in any child. My daughter has tried spanking, slapping hands, time out. You name it. It only gets his anxiety level higher and he begins all the biting and scratching her. He has been kicked out of two day cares for throwing chairs at other kids and hitting them or pushing, shoving or biting them. My daughter cried three times on our outing about this child. She is so good to him, but will not tolerate his behavior and is at wits ends. No one, including myself in the family will keep this child for her. The family cringes when she sees her coming to visit with him. Any one relate to this?

I dont have periods...But ummm...My doctor says my baby is due November 30....I had sex around the end of March. So isn't my due date kind of early!? Im worried b/c I dont want my baby to be born if it isn't ready!

So I have had acne since the middle of my pregnancy, and I gave birth 10 weeks ago. It just keeps getting worse and I actually have some cysts that just keep coming back. Anyway, the dermatologist gave me a prescription for some gel that I just rub on to my skin. I haven't gotten the prescription filled yet because I am getting mixed answers as to whether it is safe or not to use while breastfeeding. It is called Cleocin Gel..and the generic is Clindamycin gel. Has anyone else ever used this or had different answers as to whether it is safe to use. The dermatologist and the pediatrician both say it is alright but the pharmacist and the pharmacy web site say that it is not safe to use and it actually says do not use while breastfeeding. Just wondering if anyone else has had experience with this gel. Thanks

About a month ago, my 8 month old had tubes put in and his adenoids removed. Since then, there has been a constant flow of fluid from both ears. Is this normal? Should I be worried? Doesn't seem to bother him. We see the pediatrician on Tuesday for a regular check up.

I am 36weeks 4days pregnant and I keep getting like a stinging, burning sensation around where (I am guessing here) my cervix is. It is really quite painful and I was wondering if anyone knew what it might be or if anyone else had experienced this in their pregnancy?, I didnt with my first.

I'm not wanting a baby shower - this is my second pregnancy and with my first I had two thrown for me. I just want to do something intimate, like with only family - no friends - where I cook dinner and serve desert and they bring little baby item gifts (like lotions, and babywash, diapers.. not clothes or more expensive things) Another reason I want to do this is because, in my son's scrapbook, with the two baby showers, it looks like people were WAY excited that he was coming - if we don't do anything for this baby, I'm afraid that when he/she is older, like 5 or 6, he/she will wonder why everyone was excited about older brother, but not him/her. I don't want one feeling less important than the other...
Here's the thing: No one in my family has mentioned a thing about this. Is it okay for me to send out email invites to them for this, if I cook and everything, or will it seem rude of me since I'm the pregnant one?

My husbands name is Ian.
He wants to name our son Ian too. But spell it Iain and give him a different middle name, so they will be individuals.

I'm due in 2 days and if I somehow don't go into labor before monday the doctor told me that he's going to induce my labor with meds. I heard it hurts VERY badly for them to do. I was wondering if anyone had any serious suggestions for me. Thank you.
