My phone will not show caller ID, and I have no clue what FDN is, can someone help!?

Take out the battery.
Hold the power button.
Replace the battery.
Turn on the phone.
Go into settings.
Hit "reset all settings"
Turn off phone
Turn on phone.
You should be fine now, if not, go to where you got the cell phone, and maybe they can refresh it, or give you another phone.
