Does anyone have any inforamtion about how and when to take your temperature to figure out when you are ovulating? I haven't had a period since I stopped taking my birth control pills in May. No I'm not pregnant, I've taken about 50 pregnancy tests all come back negative. The doctor has told me that this is normal and it could take awhile for my periods to get back to normal. He said that I could still be ovulating and to take my temperature every morning before I get out of bed and if it between 98-99 then that's when I'm ovulating. Does anyone else have any other information about this? Thanks so much.

My baby is 4 1/2 months and my baby cries allot. We have never let her cry it out and we always attend to her when she needs anything (food, cuddles, sleep, play ect) Shes totally breastfed and it doesnt appear to be related to tummy trouble or pain. She usually appears to cry over boredom, tiredness, frustration and anger. Im not sure what to do. Can this just be her sensative personality or is there something as a parent Im not tuning into?

he used to sit on potty only went once i never expeticed him to at his age but now he keeps taking his diaper off and going on my floor but i will take him to the potty and he now showes no interest in using it. i also try putting a onsie and other clothes over the diaper to keep him from getting the diaper off but he gets through that to. what should i do and if i potty train how should i try to get him back on the potty.

i havent really had much swelling in my feet or ankles my whole pregnancy. for the past 2 weeks my ankles have been really swolen and it's kind of painful. is there anything i can do to help?

Im 7 wks and 2 days pregnant and my first appt. is tomorrow. I have had to miscarriages already and im really scared of having another one. The only symptoms I have a Breast tenderness, frequent urination, fatigue things like that not really any morning sickness...I still go to the bathroom frequently and being tired but today my breast don't really hurt is this ok...or is it something bad?? They usually hurt most of the time so I didnt know if symptoms go away about now or not...

im in a 3 yr relationship, i just found out last week I am pregnant (11 weeks) he wants me to get an abortion, I am against it only would consider it if I was raped. He told me last night that: "its not fair to the child to bring him/her into the world with only 1 parent... he is askin that i dont take the trust & loyalty away from us and him (i havent lied once, i've only been 100% honest)... he feels like the woman he loves is trampling over him && squashing him like a bug... that I have ALL the power & that I am going to crush him... && that he would never hurt me like this." Now I told him I am being responsible for my actions in having unprotected sex and getting pregnant, and I am going to raise this baby to let him/her have the best life they possibly can. He told me I was being selfish & that we are not ready for a baby. I am 23 & he is 26. I am in school, my last year of college. I can't remember my August period very well, but I know I had unprotected sex before and after, like right away, well I had another period on September 21st, and I was to be ovulating the first weekend in October. Unprotected sex on the 5, 6, 7, and 8th. What are the chances that it actually worked we have an 11 year old and a 6 year old....

I'm 16 weeks pregnant.. and yesterday and today I have been having little cramps on the front of my stomach a little below my belly button.. Okay, so my oldest sister is going to have a baby boy in about 4 and a half months. She and her fiance can not decide on a name. They have shot down every name i can think of. I've been all over the internet looking but i can't seem to find any that she likes.
So i'm wondering if any of you know of some names that are unique and not heard very often?
i don't think she wants any unpronounceable names but something uncommon and cute.

I noticed my son's jaundice by his yellow eyes around day 4. I took him to his pediatrician and she told me to take him out in the sun for 10 minutes at a time and breastfeed him every 2 hours. She never did a blood test. A week later, his eyes were still yellow and I took him back. She told me the same thing and still didnt do a blood test. She said his case was mild. How would she know if she didnt do a blood test? I told her that I was concerned because I read that jaundice can be very dangerous if left untreated and she told me not to worry about. My son is now 3 weeks and hes still yellow in the eyes and face. Should I get another opinion? Shouldnt he be under lights and just get rid of it? Did this happen with your baby?

My husabdn and i are having a boy here in a few weeks(4) and when we first found out it was a boy We wanted him named after our grandfathers. Nathaniel Haze. Well about a month after my husband told me he wanted to name the baby Nathaniel Liddell Haze, Liddell after his fav fighter... I did not liek this. Well as we are getting just days away from having this baby I feel bad for tellign him no. This might be his only son, So should I just go with the name we picked(he gave into) or put Liddell in there as well.
