Pregnancy & Parenting - 9 October 2007

Ok so, I have a 7 1/2 month old that has been sleeping in his own crib since he was 3 weeks old. He is starting to teethe and was having some difficulty going to sleep so I put him in bed with me and WhaLa! He went right to sleep. He has only slept with me about 5 times and he seems to like it. My husband and I both strongly agreed that he should sleep in his own room.
So now, My husband is in Iraq and wont be home until december of 08 (minus the r&r for 2 weeks in Feb for the babys birthday) There is a void in the bed lol so I have room for the baby. Should I let this go on, I know he is only going to be a baby once and I should enjoy every minute of it. He is my pride and joy and everything in it, but if my husband were home he would not be in our bed. I belive a marital bed is a place for a husband and wife to bond and is no place for a baby, but my husband is not here!!!
I nurse too so it makes it easier. Should I be doing this????

I gave birth October 1st and I weighed 199pounds before giving birth. I weighed myself on Thursday and I weighed 191 then on friday 185 and then today 181 will I keep losing weight. And how am I losing weight so quick. I am breast feeding.

Well...I am 15 years old and 8 weeks pregnant. i really dont no what to do because im like really confussed. Yes i have told my mum and dad and they did say they would support me and so did my boyfriend (but they all say that). I Dont really like the idea of an abortion as i think i would regret it alot, and i also dont like the idea of adoption as i think i would think when im older how are they and all them type of questions. I do plan on carrying on at school as my mum said she would look after the baby, but im not sure if im ready to be a mum.
And please no sarcastic comments. Thanks x

Im on my tww. i ovulated on the 27th of september and bd on the 27 and 29. im 12dpo and so scared of testing. When is every one else going to test. and how do you feel. I have been having AF cramps but no sign yet and my bbs and nipples are so hard and sore. No other symptoms that i no of. oh and have lotion cm.!!!?

I have one little boy from a privious relationship, my current partner dosent have any. We've been trying for about a year now. I got pregnant but had a misscarriage in April. We were both absolutly devostated. We are still going strong but nothing seems to be happening. Has any one got any tips to give us the baby we're so desperate for???

My baby is 1 month old and he is currently with his mom (my wife) at their home. She would be coming back at my place in 15 days.

I have a german spitz dog who is pretty healthy. What are the risks associated for an infant around a dog.

My dog does lose lots of hair and could that be a problem.

If you know any good articles dealing on this subject, please let me know. My ped told me that it is very risky to have a dog around. I am concerned.

i no you can have a period even though you havent ovulated. but can you ovulate and not have a period after (not including pregnancy)?

I've been ttc for years now but to no avail. Had all the tests, everything is fine (well, was last time i had the lap/dye/blood tests etc).
I know that lubricant is not good for sperm - but sometimes it is difficult for us to have sex without it - any ideas?! Sorry! but i really want a baby before i'm too old. My eggs are probably shrivelling up as we speak!

I'm 20 yrs old weigh 39kgs and 5.2ft tall. I don't like to eat anything. I've been skinny all the time. Both my parents are doctors. Other people do seem to care about me and when they tell it to them -What my parents answer is that she doesn't eat. That's it. I agree its my fault but i've told them 100 times i don't like to eat. I'm a medical student myself and i know its psychological and a form of anorexia and definitely not figure conscious one. After begging for hours my mom agreed to get my thyroid test done which was normal. But they don't care about me at all. I'm now living in hostel and getting weaker. All they say is start eating. Its so easy to say for her. Why does she not realize how difficult it is for me.
