I've been ttc for years now but to no avail. Had all the tests, everything is fine (well, was last time i had the lap/dye/blood tests etc).
I know that lubricant is not good for sperm - but sometimes it is difficult for us to have sex without it - any ideas?! Sorry! but i really want a baby before i'm too old. My eggs are probably shrivelling up as we speak!

I hear you when you say your eggs are shriveling up, mine too. I know that when women take clomid their cervical musus becomes hostile, kills the sperm. Your not on clomid but maybe the reason your not getting preg is because your dry. maybe the cervical mucus is too thick, which makes you feel dry and is killing the sperm. you should see a doc and have a post coital test done. The doc will evaluate the sperm inside of you after sex and see if the mucus is killing it. good luck

Try preseed lubricant. I have problems with dryness from being on Clomid, and it works great. It is fertility friendly lubricant so no worries about it harming the sperm.

You can try preseed. Preseed is a sperm-friendly lubricant you can buy specially for TTC.
Also you can try kegals. Kegals is when you tighten and release the same muscles you tighten when you hold in your urine. It helps by kinda pushing out your CM but it is not recommended when you are having sex because it will push the spermies away from your cervix as well.

the best lubricator out ther is pre seed which is sperm friendly, I've never tried it but heard of alot of success stories on it
If you want to get moist naturally try by kissing and playing with one another before sex, most persons does oral sex before but the saliva from the month can harm the sperm so try leting your spouse curess the virgina before inserting it in

Here something that you can use that's in your fridge egg white it's sperm frendily and you have it on hand. Just let it sit out because it will be cold once it warms up you can use like KY jelly and it make sperm happy as well trust me I had two kids using this.

I've heard some really good things about actual raw egg whites!! Some woman say they will get an infection but not too many woman complain about it. Search for it on yahoo under egg whites conceive. If it takes me a year to get preg. I'm going to try it.
