It doesn't have to start with a c does it??
Think of your babies as individuals, cause they will be.
Give the other baby his own name - nay name you like, cause it doesn't have to 'match' his brothers

Something complimentary in sound and style. In other words, a name of similar Celtic origin would work beautifully, as long as it DOESN'T start with the K sound or sound otherwise similar (pretty much every single initial suggestion I saw when glancing at the responses LOL). After all, they're twins ... not the same person! ;)
Cameron and Ewan
Cameron and Findlay/Finley
Cameron and Tierney
Cameron and Angus
Cameron and Tristan
Cameron and Heath
Cameron and Hugh
Cameron and Boyd
Cameron and Hoyt
Cameron and Fletcher
Cameron and Malachy (mal-a-kee)
Cameron and Malcolm
Cameron and Alasdair/Alister
Cameron and Lawler
Cameron and Reid
Cameron and Rhys
Cameron and Brody
Cameron and Flynn
Cameron and Lennox
Cameron and Milo
Cameron and Tavish - vocative form of Thàmhais/Tamhas, the Scottish form of Thomas, meaning twin ... seems appropriate! ;)
Hope those help!

Having twin names that are too similar, even starting with the same letter can be even more confusing to "outsiders" you may even have trouble! I'd go with a completely different sounding name. Something like Sawyer or Tucker or Jonathan.

anything that doesn't start with a C. i think that's so cheesy. i think it really points out "hey, we're twins. just look at our names." give them their own identities. something different. maybe not so modern like "cameron." maybe something old fashion. i like james (as someone else mentioned).

It depends if you want them to both start with C or if you want two completely different names that work well together.
If you want to C names you could always use
Cameron & Caiden
Cameron & Caleb
Cameron & Christopher
If you want two completely diff names that work you could use
Cameron & Brandon
Cameron & Nathan
Cameron & Jason
