He told me there was some bacteria in my urine (ewww) and prescribed me some antibiotics. This alone freaked me out by now I'm so WORRIED about anyother stuff that may be wrong. Would he have told me if my pap smear was abnormal or if there were some other issues?? I AM SO PARANOID that something is WRONG!! Any advice? Be gentle. :) Thanks, in advance.

This is my 2nd pregnancy, BTW. You think I'd be a bit more relaxed.

So I went to get caden out of his room this morning and he did it AGAIN for the hundreth time,he had taken his pullup off after he pooped and proceded to play with it.He got it EVERYWHERE(the walls,his tv,his shelves,on books,on his bed)I have put his potty in his room thinking maybe he will go in it,since he is partly potty trained,I even put a onsie on him but he figured out the snaps on it???? It is so gross and here I am 5 months pregnant cleaning up poop off of everything gaging as I go along!!!Has your child/children done this and what did you do to prevent it or do they just grow out of it??

Ok, I am 37 weeks pregnant and I will be 38 weeks on Tuesday the 9th. I am extremely uncomfortable, having problems breathing and eating, and My ribs and hips are so tender that it hurts to even take a deep breath. Is there a possibility that my doctor will induce labor?

Im 2cm dialted and the Dcotor said that my cervix is soft. I've been in so much pain due to the fact that the baby is getting to big and his legs are wedged under my ribs. Im due on Friday.. Im starting to have light contractions... Someone on here told me that if I was dialted and cervix was soft. And contractions were coming then I could go to the hospital and they would enhance me. Any Advise

ok my daughter will be 6 in dec. and she still wets the bed. She does not get anything 2 drink an hour and 1/2 b-4 bed, she allso goes 2 the bathroom b-4 bed I even wake her b-4 I go to bed around 10pm (she goes to bed at 8) to use the bathroom. And she still wets the bed. Has anyone had this problem?When did it stop?What did you do? We havent seen the pedetrcian yet,she will be going in dec. for her year check up so if you guys have any advice from their doc that would be great. any suggestion are welcome. Thank u

I've skipped my second period in a row now. There was some spotting last month though. My daughter is 18 months old and still a very motivated nurser lol. She only eats normal foods 2-3 times a day, if I'm lucky!

I got my period back actually but sometimes it's late or weak etc. Could it be because she nurses more than a few months ago?
I am not pregnant.

My little niece is 16 months old and has never been a good sleeper. She had reflux as an infant and for as long as I can remember, she wakes up once or twice at night screaming.She does this every night. She'll scream and cry for about 15/20 min. Sometimes longer. Does anyone know how to prevent this? Are these night terrors? It's hard to get solid sleep since you anticipate her waking up every night. Thanks

ok... as I said last night I am leaking from my vagina. It feels as if I may be urinating on myself, like everytime I get up, I feel it coming down like I have to urinate. I know its not urine and I check it everyday. The leaking is so bad that I have to wear a pad each and everyday this week. I go through at least 2 pads a day. Last night, I had a little blood come from my vagina, it was a light pink color. I saw my doctor yesterday and she dont think that my water could be leaking but this is ridiculous. I dont know what it could be, I know alot of it is discharge but im not sure if its all discharge. I hope its not my water leaking plus im group b step-positive so I dont want anything to be wrong for me or my baby. Can someone give me some advice. This is my first child but this leaking is getting out of hand. I am thinking about going to the ER today but if I don't have to then I don't wanna waste the time.

About three weeksago i missed like 4 or 5 pills,i misplaced the pack. And I found them right before Iwassupposed to start the green period pills..well the period week went by last week and i never did start, i took a pregnancy test yesterday morning, and it said negative--but i didnt take it in the morning like it said to..now i havent started my period and ishould have like a week and a half/two weeks ago...what are the chances that i could be pg?

I have a 7 year old son who has been diagnosed with ADHD. I also have 2 other kids. I try so hard to be patient and forgiving and understanding, but I really feel I'm going to go crazy. The child in question also has chronic asthma, and I can't even get him to sit still long enough to give him his inhaler. How can I get my ADHD 7 year old to calm down and intertain himself with out causing an asthma attack?

After I gave birth I weighed 125 pounds. Now, 18 months later, I'm down to 107 (5'4 tall). Is this normal? I eat really good and enough. My daughter nurses throughout the day and at night, too. She also eats table food. My thyroid is ok.

My daughter is 11 and just went into the sixth grade. She has always been a mama's baby but also is extremely mature in her mind for her age. She always has been ahead and acted older. She acts like she's 15 or 16. Suddenly this year she started acting like she hates me and does not want me around or want to spend time with me anymore. It really hurts since she is my only child and I don't know what to do. She is very popular at school and is now only interested in her friends. Should I be concerned? I know this is normal at a later age but she is still only eleven, even though she has the body and mind of an older child. Please help.

I have a son who is 4 yrs old. I adore him but I do not want and will not have any more children. I nearly died after his birth and the depression that set in post partum was crippling. I won't go through it again. Problem is, everyone in my family has several children and they always ask why I would let my son be an only child. They ask why I won't have more kids. On and on and on. I don't want to volunteer the real reason why, so what can I tell them? I've tried the simple "I don't think I can handle more kids" and they say "we'll help you with them!" Is there a better answer for this?
(by the way, most of the family asking do not know about my mental state and hospitalization following his birth. I kept it a secret from everyone but my mother)

My daughter's names are Olivia and Sophia. We are pregnant with a third girl and I have always loved the name Lydia. It is a family name as well. Be honest though, is it too close to Olivia? I am stumped this time on names and this is one that I have always loved since I was a little girl.
