I think they are both great.
Natalie Marie is nice too.

Jewel is not my style, but it is appealing. The thing with Jewel Marie is that it feels like a rather unusual first name coupled with a disposable middle name.
The inventive spelling on Nataleigh is hideous, but Natalie or even Nathalie is a gorgeous name. Nathalie Jewel would be my pick, and if Marie does honor a loved one, Nathalie Jewel Marie is great, too.
Nathaniel is fabulous. If you're honoring a loved one, I think using Michael and Hunter is fine; if not, I'd just use Nathaniel Hunter.

Nathaniel Michael Hunter is an awesome name for a boy! I love it!
Jewel Marie is a nice name, but it reminds me completely of Jewel (the singer). It's going to be hard for anyone to have that name and not remind people of the singer. It's a very pretty name, but just keep that in mind!

Jewel is a pretty name, I just don't care for it personally. I do like your suggestion of Nataleigh a bit better though, and I love your boys name!

I love Jewel and Nathaniel, hunter not so much. Why give baby three names? Natalie is a good name but I hate the way you spelled it, why should she spend her life correcting people on her name's spelling?

I honestly don't like them...here's why:
Jewel is ok, but it reminds me of the singer, and Marie doesn't flow with it (I just think of Marie Osmond)...if your last name is Hunter, 'Jewel Hunter' sounds sort of strange, kind of like 'Gold Digger.'
I really love classic, traditional names, but the boys I've known named Nathaniel got teased. It's too Pilgrim...Nathan would definitely be easier on your son and still allow you to keep the gist of the name. Nathan Michael Hunter is beautiful AND tease-proof.
