This might not be the best answer for you but...
I would say to increase the time that she last has something to drink before bed and to make sure that there is nothing she can use for a glass in the bathroom(s).
Some kids get up in the middle of the night, thirsty, and instead of using the bathroom and getting a drink, they just get a drink and go back to bed.
It also could be a bladder emptying issue that should be looked into. My daughter has some bladder issues and she is on some meds, which since we caught it early enough it can be treated and "cured" at an early age.

If she doesnt have any physically problems, like bladder infections then it will just stop when she is older. Buy a plastic cover for her mattress and pull ups for awhile til she grows out of it. Its frustrating for you but embarrassing for her so the pull ups and the mattress cover will help a lot. My son went thru a bed wetting thing when he was 6 - he wet almost ever night and it was killing us both. Thats when I bought the pul ups and the cover, he was the only one who knew about it in the family so it was our secret and he didnt need to feel bad about himself. When they worry about it, it seems to happen more. My son even now at 9 still occasionally has an accident and the doc says its fine, some bladders don’t mature til later.
When there is a lot of changes going on sometimes that will trigger night wetting - like a move or a new school or fighting with siblings, anything stressful can add to the bed wetting. Try talking to her and asking her for ideas on how to solve it or ask her why she thinks it is happening, let her know that plenty of people go thru what she is going thru and not to feel bad about herself. Let her know she will grow out of it and be fine. She is young but kids come up with great ideas on stuff so why not ask her, you may get a good solution and she will feel in control of what is going on with her.
Take care, I know all too well how stressful washing bedding each and every day is!!!

My brother and daughter both wet the bed until 9yrs old.
One issue that's common is constipation which pushes on the bladder. If you are worried because you are traveling or your daughter is staying at the Grandparents, etc, the pediatrician can prescribe a nasal spray called Desmopreson that works very well. Also check out webmd.com and search bed wetting. There's all sorts of good info there. Good luck.

My son was dry at night shortly after he turned three, with the occassional accident. He's 4.5 now, and about eight weeks ago, he started having a lot of accidents...like, 5 nights out of 7. The laundry was ridiculous.
I talked to him about it, and asked if he wanted to try wearing a nighttime big boy diaper (we used Good Nights) for a little while, until it got better. I told him that he could tell me when he didn't need them anymore.
The first few nights, he peed, but slept through because the whole bed wasn't wet (he typically would wet between 3 and 5 am).
Then he had a dry night, and after that a wet one. Then the dry nights just kept happening, and about 10 days after he first put the Good Nights on, he told me at bedtime 'I don't need a Good Night tonight'. He's been dry since.
It helped build his confidence back. I hesitated to do that for the longest time, because I thought he would grow dependent on the night diaper, but he didn't.
Worked for us...good luck in whatever you decide to try.

First you will desire to locate out if he's wetting the mattress as a results of fact he has a clinical issue or in step with probability some thing is bothering him. If he has constantly been this variety he would have some thing incorrect along with his bladder. especially situations boys additionally do no longer discover ways to regulate their muscular tissues till 5-7 years of age. i in my view might take him to his peditrician and communicate it with them. Getting him up in one day may additionally help alleviate him wetting the mattress. despite if it is not clinical i might conceal his mattress with a plastic conceal and have him positioned on undies to mattress. whilst he is going to the bathing room he will somewhat sense it then. If that's a sparkling ingredient some thing could be happening that has outcomes on him. i might locate all thoughts to be certain what is going on.

Your first answer was correct-those things can work but usually for older kids. My nephew used that when he was 7 but would turn it off in his sleep (or maybe he was half awake) & then he would still wet the bed. He later used it when he was 9 & then it worked b/c he really really wanted to stop at that point.
It's not uncommon for that age or older.

I wet the bed often up until I was five, my mom took me to the doctor...found out I had a urinary tract infection. Cleared that up and haven't wet the bed since.
I would talk to her doctor about it.

Just between me and you, when I was five years old, I also wet the bed! So this is what my mom would do... She would put this plastic sheet that clings to the bed. You should try it.
