My son has always thrown tantrums, however lately it seems like he's throwing them more and more. He just scream and cries and lays on the floor, sometimes it's because he's frustrated with a toy and sometimes it's for no reason at all. IE I tried to feed him breakfast this AM and he just screamed in his chair, so I took him out and he continued to scream another 15 min until I just layed him back in bed. Now he's sleeping again (I dont know how since he slept 730-730) Am I the only one experiencing this with their little one? Any advice? And please don't tell met ignore it...I already do that but that doesn't seem to be working.

My little girl will be 3 months on Friday, she sleeps so good in the bed with us, but I don't. I wake up all the time to make sure she is okay, and I sleep to uncomfortably making sure she is okay. My husband thinks that we are spoiling her by letting her sleep with us, and wants her in her crib at night. I can't handle the 'crying it out' I think she is too young, and it breaks my heart! My mother watches her during the day and says that she naps in the pack n play, but won't at home. What do I do? Help!

My son is 6 and he will eat: pudding, yogurt, chips, fries and bacon. That's it. He drinks tons of milk. I have tried every way I can think of to get him to try new foods and he just won't do it. Short of holding him down and shoving the food in his mouth, which I DON'T do, by the way, there is just no way to get him to try foods. He flatly refuses: gentle requests, bargaining, taking away priveledges, not letting him leave the table until he's tried a bite of food, not giving him anything else to eat (he skipped 2 meals in a row and I just can't send him to school hungry!!!) Lately, he has been very constipated. I told him this is because he won't eat fruits, breads or vegetables and said I wanted him to at least eat apple sauce. I need some advice from parents of strong-willed kids only. If you don't have one, no offense, but you do not know what I'm dealing with here. I have another child who will try new foods. He's not strong-willed. My 6 year old is different.

I have a 3 month old who has always fought to go to sleep. She wants her passi to sleep but of course won't hang onto it. She has that tongue thrust reflex and pushes it out. While she is napping during the day, and I can keep an eye on her, I fold up a burp cloth and wedge it next to her so she can spit the passi out. But at night, I don't do that, because I can't see her and I don't want her to cover her face with it. She moves around so much as she is trying to fall asleep that she pulls the passi out and I have to stand there next to her crib holding the passi until she falls asleep - sometimes and hour or more and at 2 in the morning it is exhausting. Sometimes I rock her to sleep, but she usually wakes up as I put her back in her crib and I am back to square one. Has anyone gone through this and might have any tips/suggestion/advice. Please help - I need sleep!!!!

We have a toddler bed for my daughter who is 14 months old. She hasn't used it yet, but I was just wondering at what ages did people start putting there children into toddler beds? I am also 4 months pregnant and I do not want to make my daughter feel like she has to move out of her crib for the new baby.

i have been researching this question today but cannot find the answer so i turned to you lot once again. I was just wondering when women have PCOS and find it hard to concieve it is just purely the fact that they dont ovulate that they dnt concieve or is it also other factors of the condition that they dont get pregnant. Thanks

We are planners, and we already have two boys...Gabriel and Jonah. Most likely we'll have a third boy, and I like to have a name picked before so this is what we've decided so far, but I'd like opinions. Some reasons for this choice is that Ariel is a favorite of my husband. Since some people can't get over the fact that it has become popular for girls I thought that using Jeffrey (my husband's middle name) so that our son could go by AJ if he ever wanted to. We would still call him Ariel or Ari though. Lucas is the name I liked, and I didn't like Ariel Jeffrey alone. So anyway...I know there are going to be negative opinions, but I love feedback anyway. Please share...

My husband and I are TTC. We had intercourse on the night before I was to ovulate (9/17). Last week, I felt funny. I woke up with sweats on Thursday and Friday. I took a HPT, but it was neg. Thurs, Fri, and Sat I spotted hot pink! But Sat it was grey/green slime and black clots. By Sat. night I was bleeding so hard it was soaking a tamp and a pad w/in an hour or two- this continued through yesterday (monday) and then stopped- completely stopped. Now I'm cramping like crazy in my back and my lower left front.

My only concern is that I thought this was a period, just that it had come early- but I also had no PMS (I'm a hard PMSer) Another HTP Sat and one yesterday both were Neg.

I've never spotted in my life. I'm always 26-28 days on cycle. And my real period isn't even due until 10/4 or 10/5.

I hate Drs. I really have a Dr phobia. If I go there, what are they going to do to me? How are they going to know if this is a really early miscarry or an early and agressive period?

What kind of parents did you guys have, like were they good to you? See, I really don't want to keep the baby, it's not like I'm scared, but I just don't want to be a mom, ever, but I want to do the right thing and make sure that people will love the baby and look after it all right.
What kind of parents should I look out for? Do you think they should be old, young, etc? I know these are my decisions, but I was just wondering on people's input.
Also, it you are looking to adopt a baby, can you please reply also and say why you want to adopt a baby?
Thank you.

Would you leave your job and become a full time mother and housewife? If you did not already have kids

I am getting married in four months and I have avoided the children topic with my fiance` because I have had mixed responses.

Including women who believe it is their duty to stay at home to raise children and cook, clean etc.

And others who believe children are a nightmare and put their careers first having a childless marriage.

Is it wrong to choose having a career rather than having children? If I chose that would I be selfish? Is it a woman's duty to have at least one child?

My babe is due the beginning of February, and after my latest scan, the naughty lil bubba wouldn't show me what sex he/she is! So having to think about girls AND boys names, I have come up with a shortlist and would love your help in deciding between them :-)

Girls names: Amari or Neesee
Boys names: Jaheim or D'angelo or Santiago or Deshawn

Thanks! xxx

Rant #1 : Backache! I toss and turn at night, and I know it is ideal to sleep on your side but always end up sleeping on my back as I find this the most comfortable!

Rant #2 : Tiredness! I need caffeine, but you aren't allowed it during pregnancy! I am literally dropping off at work, I'm suprised I haven't started drooling on the desk lol!

Rant #3 : Sciatica! Oh the pain!

At (a rather large) 5 n 1/2 months pregnant, I find the extra weight hard to carry and all these problems are getting me down. I wanted my pregnancy to be a happy time but through all of the hormones and acne and pains, I can't help but feel as though I am acting like a miserable ungrateful moaner :-(

Does anyone have any ideas to help cure the aches and pains? Or even as a bonus, the acne and rashes! Just want to feel blooming and radient and to enjoy my pregnancy!

Thanks in advance xxx

Oh yeah If we split up I do not plan on taking him to court for child support or anything and he will not have anything to with her!! what would you do??
