We have two kids together (ages 5 and 7) and he has a son from his previous marriage. He lets them all get away with murder. When I try to set rules or tell any of them "no" about something, they ask him and he lets them do whatever they want.
He works outside the home, and I am a stay at home parent. I guess he thinks that makes child discipline solely MY responsibility. All he does when he comes home is lie on the couch and bark out orders, and when the kids get unruly, he tell s me. "DO SOMETHING WITH THESE KIDS!!!!!!!!!!" while he sits there and doesn't do a damn thing about it.

my last period started sept 15. me and my fiance had unprotected sex on sept 26,29 and oct1. for the last couple of days i have been experincing cramping in my lower abdomen, lower back pain, and im extremely tired. i feel weird. could it be that i am preggie? someone please help.

They have the harnesses for kids under 40lbs and just use seat belts for the older kids.

I see a few of the more expensive models recline, wondering if anyone has one that does and is easy to use. We tried one that didnt, the kids (2&3) year old had a horrible time napping, so want one that does.

Have you ever been around a kid and it made you not want to have one?

Like a very bossy strong-willed 2yr old that stresses you out and you decide you'll never have children if they're this bad? Before you met this kid(she's not yours she's your neice or your friend's) you had this dream of having many children until you baby sat this one.

i have this friend that had a baby with this bipolar girl, she was all crazy so he couldnt stay. he barelly sees the baby and his ex move to another state cause she did a lot of bad things and she has a warrant for arrest, but she remarried and just had another baby leaving her 1st baby abandoned with her parents. what will happen to this baby when it grows up ?

My husband to be and I were discussing the length of a pregnancy last night and week worked out the following:

His view:

1st trimester = 14 weeks
2nd trimester = 13 weeks
3rd trimester = 13 weeks

Equals to a total of 40 weeks

40 weeks = 10 Months

Therefore we are pregnant for 10 months not 9.

My view:

52 weeks in a year
52 weeks = 12 months

40 weeks = 9 months

Therefore we are only pregnant for 9 months.

Who is right and who is wrong as both calculations are correct.
Does anyone else consider stuff like this?

My husband and I were hoping for a little boy this time, but we are pregnant with another little girl. We had picked out the name Rylan James, and at the pursuading of the Yahoo! Answers community, we've decided to keep the name, but to spell it much more femininely. Now we're stuck trying to pick middle names. I wanted the middle name to be Rae or Rose, but that's too many R's. Any suggestions?
