I will be 9 weeks along and my husband and I would kinda just like to know what we can expect.

I recall my 9 week u/sound very well and have a picture and video to prove it - you can expect to see a little fetus, pretty much fully formed, nice round head, short little arms and legs and the whole lot, it will be making random movements and you will see the heartbeat quite clearly.
You will not be able to see the sex though.

Congratulations! This is such an exciting and emotional time. I've had two children and it's wonderful. My first I had an ultrasound at 10 weeks and she already looked like a little person dancing around with little arm and leg nubs. I cried big time. My second was at 7 weeks and he still looked like a jelly bean but it was fun none the less. You might be able to see the heart beating. Make sure to bring a tape or DVD as some offices let you record it and take it home! Good luck!

Not much, a head on a torso and small buds. I needed one at 8 weeks for a more accurate due date. Then i had one at 12 weeks and it looked like a baby, it was weird how much those 4 weeks of difference made! But I like having the sharp contrast, after that early phase almost every ultrasound will look the same. Enjoy it and the future change!

If you are merely wanting to see what gestation looks like at that age, I did a quick Google search of 9 week ultrasound and this is what I came up with.

Beyond that I don't know if they show you much of the placenta or how your uterus is looking.

not much at all you Will see a little thing in your belly that wont make of a baby being there but you should be able to see the spine and it moving around its very weird just knowing that there is a baby growing inside you the next ultrasound is better and more clearer you can see toes and fingers and you can tell the sex of the baby good luck with everything

Well at our 10 wk ultrasound i would say she looked like a little kidney bean. My husband says she looked like a little turtle swimming around. Not much else to say really. You can't really see much in an ultrasound that early on.

you really cant see untill you are like maybe 12 to 15 weeks. then you can see the head and hear the heart beat and you can also see the arms and legs.

common eyes wont see much...u will see so much...its a nice moment..embrace it.
