All but Francesca have been on our own lists (and I even like Francesca ... just doesn't work with our heritage or surname LOL).
Cecily - all the class of Cecilia, but with a bit of added spunk. What's not to love? ;)
Francesca - a classic beauty with some great nickname options!
Scarlett - manages to be both edgy and overtly feminine. Love it!
Ivy - sweet and simple, but not at all expected. Bonus - fits in with current naming trends -- floral names, like Lily and Rose, and short, two-syllable "ee" ending names (usually nicknames), such as Abby, Addie, Evie, Ellie, etc. -- but without being at all overused or trendy itself.
Stella - the epitome of spunk. You might also use this as a nickname for something like Scarlett Arabella (just tossing an -ella ending name out there as an example). ;)
All great. Not a bad choice in the bunch!
Edited to add: Per the comments concerning these not being "unique," here are the actual numbers. Cecily hasn't even been IN the top 1000 names for the last 15 years (and only has been five times since 1880). Definitely unique, not to mention a very real name ... it's a classic English/Irish form of Cecilia. Francesca is barely in the top 500. Scarlett just moved into the top 300 (at 297), Ivy is only at 334, and Stella is the most "popular," at a whopping 241 -- far from Emily, Sophia or Isabella. LOL Definitely not common choices. ;)

Those aren't really "unique" names. Especially Ivy and Stella. Scarlett and Francesca are kinda cool. I don't like Cecily.
Edit: I've known at least twelve Stellas just through elementary school. Too many Ivys to count. Cecily I'm not sure is even a name. It sounds like a cartoon character name that's made up at a bad attempt to sound super cute. Scarlett is nice name and Francesca is nice too. Those two are probably the best. However if you choose Francesca, be prepared to have the nickname Frankie, Fran or Franny. But none of them are "edgy" names. I'd say classic names like with Hannah and Emily.
Jan, another poster, suggested names that not only sound horrible but they don't even exist.

Cecily, Scarlett, and Stella are awful. Ivy is okay, and I love Francesca.
I don't know where you get off calling Scarlett and Stella unique, though. They're all over the place.

I don't see them as being edgy, as I do classic and elegant.
I love them all except Cecily and Ivy...too hard to match with things.

I do think some of them are 'unique' because they are definitely not common. Not something used a lot anyway.
Cecily sucks though. And Scarlett is overused.
