They have the harnesses for kids under 40lbs and just use seat belts for the older kids.

I see a few of the more expensive models recline, wondering if anyone has one that does and is easy to use. We tried one that didnt, the kids (2&3) year old had a horrible time napping, so want one that does.

I don't think any booster seats actually recline, but some are tilted a little more than others. On Good Morning America the other day, they had a story about a family who lost their son because of the wrong type of booster seat. They now have an organization in his name to educate people about the differences in the booster seats. I think there was also a mention about giving booster seats to families in need. This may be something worth checking out.

Some of the seats, like the Britax ones, are slightly more reclined in their normal operating position, so kids can nap slightly more easily in them. But none of them actually "recline." They can't...especially when you're using them with a seat belt, because a reclined child isn't positioned properly, safety-wise.
