I like Meretricia....it has a very ethnic spin to it. Congrats on the cool names. Way to be original

U could name her that if u want to, I love unique names, but the thing is those are really long, so u'll have to start teaching ur kid how to spell it way before hand or they will be so lost in preschool, or maybe even shorten their name for preschool, but that still waouldn't help because they wouldn't know how to spell their name. So all I can say if get a headstart on teaching the girl. Goodluck!!

P.S u can shorten it to
Essence, Endeava, or even pick out diff names such as Taigan and such which are much shorter

Efflorescence? Man it took me 3 attempts to type that correctly, not kidding. That is not a name that you give to a person, it is something you give to an object. Your child will be more precoius to you than just an object. Meretricia, better, much better than the last - consider Mireille (admirable) or Mirielle (sea bright) Tricia, instead. Endeavora? Ellen Debora or Anne-Debora or Debora Anne would be better. If you name your daughter this, people will get the impression that she is an opportunist or gold digger before they even meet her, which is I'm sure not what you are intending.

No! Don't do it! Before you give a child a name, you should consider what it will sound like when you yell it at the top of your voice because your precious is spilling orange juice on your best carpet. 'Efflorescence! Stop it!'. And what are you going to shorten them to (they are all 4 syllables)? Effie? Flora? Merry? Endie? There are plenty of 'ordinary' and classic girls names that are quite beautiful. Natasha. Charlotte. Emily. Jasmine. Chloe.

That little girl is going to have a very difficult time in elementary school when all of the kids have to learn how to write their names! (The teacher will probably have a hard time too!)

Please, I am begging you please, dont name you child any of these. One sounds like a lightbulb, one sound like a system of measurement, and the other seems like it would make a good name for bottled water. The last is the best if you are set on one of these.

I don't think these are girl names. I think they're random twists on real words.

How about:

Aoife -EE-fa
Flora
Emerence
Florence
Constance
Melantha
Meriel
Maireid
Enid
Adora
Devorah

All of these are legitimate names that are unusual.

I have an idea, how about a royal name ? For example, Cleopatra :)
