in order to use clomid u must have a period, thats why your dr gave u the provera to bring your AF down, give it a few more days for your AF to come, I did provera Aug 31 and my Af came Sept 12 so just hand it there the most you'll be waitng is mostly 2 weeks

This is definately a question for your doctor but I would think you would need your AF to start first. I take my Clomid days 5-9 and I wouldn't know when days 5-9 were unles I started my period. Wait a day or two and see if you get AF and if not call your doctor to get your next plan of action. Best of luck ttc

Yes honey, you do need to have your period first.
Clomid is to help you ovulate.
I drank Provera from 18 - 22 Sept and started 8 days l8r. I will start on my Clomid tomorrow for the 1st time.

Just be patient, everything will happen in good time. I know you don't want to hear that ( I don't) but that's unfortunately how it is!

Good luck!!!

It can take a week or more for your period to start after taking provera. The doctor most likely won't give you clomid until you have started.
