My 2 month old daughter is most content in her swing. When she cries I pick her up, feed her, change her and do other activities, but the majority of the day she likes to be in her swing. Can this cause brain damage, vision problems, behavior problems or any other issues that anyone might be aware of?

The last year my partner and i have gained weight @ 5'5" im 150 and my partner is 5'9" is 215... would this play a part for us not getting pregnant we been trying for 4 months but nothing? does anyone have any advice?

I heard that taking Castor Oil can make you go into labor the same day its taken or the next and I was just wondering if theres any truth to this. I heard its not a good idea to take Castor oil also.. And that you can get a sore bum... Im 38 weeks pregnant and Im having so much pain and the medicine the docter Gave me Isnt helping... And I doubt if I ask them to induce Labor they will.....

My husband and I have been together for almost 7 years now, we just recently got married and have a 3 month old daughter together. He has a 10 year old son and a horrible ex wife who has always tried to cause problems between us but since she found out we married the problem has gotten much worse with her, and his son has also started alot of whining crap about my husband not " putting him before me and the baby" those were his exact words. when we have his son now, he is mouthy to me, he tells me he doesn't have to mind no one but his dad because his mom said so!! he hates our new baby, and he listens to grown up conversations through doors and runs back and tells his mom, then she ( the ex wife) yells at my husband. Then he gets mad at her and takes it out on me. he won't say anything back to her b/c she uses the kid against him and won't let him come visit. I feel like this is ruining my marriage but how can I tell my husband that without making him mad at me? Help

I have a friend who is breastfeeding. She told me that she and her husband had unprotected sex right around the time she was ovulating. She had all of the signs of ovulating (she didn't know this at the time), but she still hasn't gotten her pp period. Her little boy is 11 months old.

She said that day after the unprotected sex, she started cramping, but it was mild. That went on for about 2 days and hardly noticable.

RIght now really isn't a good time for her to become pregnant and she is really scared that she is. I told her that breastfeeding isn't a 100% effective form of bc and that she should test in about a month. What do you think her chances of becoming pregnant are? Experiences?

Okay a few weeks ago my father In-law passed away and my mother In-Law cannot do anything for her self so I offered for her to move in with us she does not want to move she wants to stay in her house but in the mean time my husband has to do the lawn, pay her bills, and go there every day and if he is not there then she will call him like 5 times in 5 hours. She is putting allot of stress on our relationship and we are fighting all the time. We have 2 kids 5 and 2 1/2 . His brother is an alcholic so we are having some more problems with that being he complains all the time about it but never says anything to him about it. I wake up every morning do laundry get my self and both kids ready for school get them dressed feed and off to school I work from 8 to 4:30 then when I get home from work I have to cook dinner and get the kids bathed and ready for the next day of school. My husband keeps making rude comment to the kids like mommy never plays with you or that I don't help with

Anyone who has, or their children have, a captains bed...was it a good investment? Im getting my 4 yr old a bed (currently in a toddler bed)...i found a captain's bed i really like, but it is $349. It is well made, and sturdy, but i was really only planning on spending maybe 300 total, including mattresses. Now with this bed, plus bunky board, and mattress i will be at over 500. Is it a good investment? Did you notice them being sturdier than just a headboard/footboard? Thumbs up or down? Thanks!

My last period started Aug 9th and I'm currently 10 days past from what should have been my the start of my next period. I haven't taken a home pregnancy test yet because I'm wanting to find out if it is common to have a late or missed period after you stop taking clomid. The last round of clomid that I took was in July.

My 4 1/2 month old daughter is sleeping on her belly every night now. Every morning I have to change her sheets and everything because they are wet. She sleeps 10-12 hours a night. I went out with some guy over the summer, who I dumped because he was telling other girls he loved them. But even then, we continued talking and I just really, really fell in love with him. Hard.
