last week (tuesday-28th) i found out at my 12w u/s that my baby had lost its heartbeat--i previously saw it at 9w. so you could say i was surprised, and saddened. they ended up telling me that my baby stopped growing at 10w, i was devistated to say the least. i started misoprostol pills the next day to induce M/C at home, but things went really horrible. i ended up losing Way to much blood and passed out at home from the severe pain and blood loss...at the ER they did and emer. D&C and gave me fluids and blood, then sent me home with antibiotics and pain meds. i have been following Everything they told me, no sex, no tampons, or bathes etc. my bleeding has subsided for the most part, but NOW one week exactly after the D&C i am getting very Yellow discharge (no fever) and cramps again. i am Worried. i have a Follow up this coming Fri, where hopefully things will be worked out.

my Q is wht should i do about the Ick? and HOW do i start to feel better abt this M/C emotionally!?

Our little girl is due in 7 weeks and we're naming her Aurora.

We're looking for simple middle names to go with Aurora. So far our favourite is "Pearl".

Others we're considering include Jewel and Jasmine.

Our surname sounds like "Kelly" and so middle names ending in a "y" or "ie" sound are out.

Would love any suggestions!

My son is 5 and very bright. He was speaking very early and is reading way ahead of schedule. His pronunciation of certain letters, especially "R," has been a little funny and he seems to speak rather slowly, but I figured these things would improve with time.

Anyway, he's a bit of a klutz, always tripping over nothing and falling off the kitchen stools. He tries to ham it up, usually by going into a dramatic roll. Today, though, we were walking home from school and stopped to look at something and By God, he stepped off the curb with a speeding semi coming. I grabbed him by the collar to pull him back as the truck honked and sped by.

He claims he fell. I thought he just wasn't paying attention. But all these things are starting to make me wonder if maybe he's got equilibrium issues and that maybe it's affected his ears. How do I test for this?

Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks!

My husband and I have already agreed that we want a second child, the issue though is when. He wants Ian to be out of diapers and off of bottles, etc. I do not want to have to do diapers, then not, then do them all over again. I know my husbands wishes are important, but frankly...He doesnt change the diapers, he never makes the bottles...I am fine with that but I think if I am going to do all the work I should be the one to determine when. We have the money and the space, and if we do it soon we will still have all the equipment and such, but how do I get my husband to understand? I dont mean to be selfish and say it has to be my way or I wont be happy...but why does it have to be his instead of mine? Again, if he helped more I would understand why he feels this way, but he doesnt. How can I get him to at least consider? He pretty much wont talk to me about it...or at least wont listen. He says no and expects that to be that.

920 sq ft. duplex. 2 bedroom 1 bath. there are two adults and 2 toddlers 1 baby and another baby on the way. One toddler is a girl and the other toddler and baby are boys.
Is this too many in such a small place? They are renting and they first signed the lease with only the two babies. Does the lease matter or could they get evicted for having so many people in their duplex?
This isn't me by the way!! It's a neighbor/friend kind of without a PC

I am about 7 months pregnant with TWINS?!?!?! These are my very second children, and they are both boys, and I am in soo much pain.I have to give my husband credit though, he's been through more pain than I have, me being pregnant the first time, and now with TWINS!?!?!I I have been soooo tired lately.With my last daughter,Ashley,He said I kicked him bad in my sleep.I am always apologizing for being a grouch, which I am not really grouchy in the mornings, unless I am pregnant, and being pregnant with twins,my husband siad, is like have 3 of my wife.But I would like to thank my husband for all he's been there for me, and every thing he had to deal with during my pregnancies.

I am a male and i am currently 14 and i am 5'7. However, my leg length is as big as a teacher in my school who is 6'4, in addition, i have a friend who is also 14 and he is 5'10 but we have the same leg length...

Does it mean i will grow as tall as the 6'4 teacher?
Will my legs keep on growing (my doc took me x rays and said my growth plates were open)?
When will my upper body grow?
In addition, my forearm length is quite small too, does it mean i finished growing?

Is a two week suspension from riding the bus appropriate for a child that hides from the bus driver? If the tables were turned wouldn't the mother have been ticked off if the bus driver had forgotten her child? The mother said this was an extreme punishment for a joke. Should she take more responsibility for saying her child was in the wrong? If you would have done this what would your parents have said?
