When you're picking a baby's name, do him/her a service and imagine that person as an adult. It's hard to imagine "DJ" or "Cody" on a man's name plate on his desk.
Also, I wouldn't go with weird spellings. Give a kid the name "Nik" and he's going to spend the rest of his life saying "No 'C'".
Ashlyn and Kayla are pretty trendy.
Kingston and Dalton are a little weird.
I think a good name is one that people have heard of (and can spell) but isnt very common currently.
We just had a girl a couple months ago and named her Lucy.
Of the ones you have listed, I like Aaron and Gabrielle. Gabby's kinda cute.

I vote for Anya and Dalton, although I think they are all cute. Is DJ short for something? I'm sure if you were to name him DJ, he would get asked that question constantly. Kayla and Ashton seem to be popular nowadays, but sometimes having a trendy name is better than having a completely unusual one. I like the choices you posted though, and I think your child would like their name if you were to choose out of that list. Congrats and good luck! :)

Cody: I probably wouldn't name my child Cody, but it's just ok to me.
DJ: It should stand for something. When a child grows up, having an "intitial" name is kind of unprofessional.
Ashton: I love it!!!!! =]
Dalton: To me, it sounds like a farmer boy, but that's just me.
Nik: Common. Nice. Unique spelling and that's good.
Aaron: It's just okay to me. I probably like it the least though.
Kingston: Sounds like a rocker boy!!!!

Kayla: Kind of too common, but it's nice.
Ashlyn: If you have twins, name them Ashton and Ashlyn! =]
Hayden: I prefer it for a boy.
Jourdan: I'm not too big of a fan for boys-names-turned-girly, but you spelled in differently so it's okay.
Gabrielle: Pretty. But I like Gabriella even better.
Anya: Wooowww. Eccentric. It's nice.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!
