you can, but I wouldn't drive myself crazy looking for them, if I were you. If you're thinking about them, they WILL be there, and I just made myself too stressed out w/ all the guessing. Try not to focus too much on any symptoms until you miss your period, b/c then you can take a test. Guessing until then will drive you insane, trust me!

I had an unwanted pregnancy about 15 years ago and I knew I was pregnant withing the 1st week (actually I just knew it the 1st day), but I was exhausted. I knew I was pregnant before a blood test at a clinic showed positive. So yes it's possible. I am currently (and happilly pregnant) and didn't know till about 5 weeks. Most women will tell you that it's too soon, but I know from personal experience that it's possible to KNOW extremely early if you are really in tune with you're body.

Symptoms are not generally noticeable until around the fifth or sixth week of conception, after you miss your first period. However, many women say they feel symptoms within a couple weeks.

It's possible, I suppose. But I would expect 3-4 weeks before you could get good symptoms of morning sickness, etc.

Don't you like the commercial when the girl says "Can you imagine - knowing your pregnant the exact millisecond it happens. Science is getting close. By a special remote powered pill that predicts when your cycle times up with his engine, it can predict your pregnancy now two weeks before conception."
The wonders of modern science. Soon we'll know the gender of the baby five years before the missed period, even years before the first wet dream. Isn't science amazing?

VERY emotional! Crying, moody... everything. Plus, I just knew. I just didn't feel 'normal'. I kinda felt like maybe I was coming down with a cold, but never did.

I think it may vary from person to person....I didn't feel a thing. I didn't even know I was pregnant until 5 weeks, and still didn't feel different for a few more weeks (then very sick).

Yes you can because your hormones are already working overtime. Keep in mind that some women don't have any symptoms. I didn't. You can go by what other women have experienced.
