Once every other day is for men with low sperm count.

If your partner's count is normal have sex every day during your fertile window. Your fertile period consists of 3 days before ovulation, the day of ovulation, and the day after ovulation. Have sex regularly during this time. But only once in a 24 hour period.

Too much sex can lower your partner's sperm count. Conceiving is not about how many times you have sex, it is about having sex the one right time. Get an ovulation kit so you can determine exactly when you ovulate. You only have a small window of opportunity to conceive and you must have sex right before you ovulate so that the sperm is in your body when the egg is released. The egg must be fertilized in the fallopian tube in order to become pregnant. I used a kit and started testing when I thought I was getting ready to ovulate. Once I started getting a positive reading on the test, we had sex everyother day for a week. Remember you have to have sex right before you ovulate so that the sperm is already there, ready to meet the egg.

actually yes... sounds funny, but the reason why is because f you have sex every single day and the man's sperm count doesn't regenerate quick enough for the next time u have sex...then you're more out of luck having sex everyday than every other day.... have sex every 2-3 days that way it gives sperm to build up and you'll always have sperm in you

I have heard that it is better to do it every other day starting 3 days prior to ovulation so that the man's body has time to build up a decent semen/sperm supply at the time of ejaculation.
