This is my 3rd child and things are soo differnt. My doctor told me a had softened and Im at a 2 in dilation. Im confused on the pains Im having. I feel real tight in my lower stomach and lower back aches. But, my baby is moving?? Could she be causing me to hurt?

its back labor that what i had just watch the contraction that when the become very frequent then call ur midwife/doctor and let them know .

She could be causing you all this discomfort, I am 37 weeks and one day myself and I am having much of the same thing. :( uncomfy I know. YOu should check with the doctor if you are concerned about it. She can check farther if you are dialated and if it is time to go. There is no harm in going on in. We are at the stage now, that we are full term, but I am sure you know that, and there is nothing to be concerned about with the babes health at this point.
I would say you should get checked if you are concerned or arehaving more then four or five tightenings in a hour.

That's back labor. Start timing contractions! That's the "real tight." This is not the baby's fault. She's ready to come home!!

That is a possibility that she could be causing you to have contractions, but a lot of signs point to that she's almost ready to come out. I hoope I helped a little. And P.S. Congrats on the baby girl!!!

does sound like contractions. At this point any kind of pain like that is countable. If you get to many in an hour time them. If you can time them then go to the hospital. Good luck!
