If a man has sex every day does that down grade the potentcy of the sperm?

If I am trying to concieve should I have sex everyday, every other day, or only focus on ovulation time?

I've heard different things. I wanna see what most of you say so please answer.

Has anyone who has taken this drug to regulate their cycle and ever had it stop working for them after taking it awhile? It usually makes me fairly regular but now I haven't had a period in almost 3 months and I'm not pregnant...unfortunately. It worked really well for me before the birth of my first child over a year ago and since I started taking it again I'm not having the same results with it.

i'm just starting to show & i can't afford to buy much right now, maybe $50 worth. i only have one pair of pants that fit without using rubber bands & keeping them undone (which i don't like doing!)
what can i do??
i have to wear pants & close toed shoes at work. it's casual. (nice jeans & polo-type shirts type of casual)

Hi all I am a little upset because I am 18wks and I go in for my ultrasound to determine gender but everyday someone walks up to me and tell me that I am having a boy because I only have breast and stomach and I don't have morning sickness and also I am not eating that many sweets as I use to all the things are coming up as boy my babies heart rate is 165 1st visit and 156 second visit. I am happy to have a healthy baby but I have to say that I had my heart set on a little girl. Do my symptoms sounds like boys and does any one else feel this way kinda upset about the outcome of your baby.

Im new to this...looking for some answers or maybe someone who has experienced this before
I have been on Ortho try lo for 3 years now. Never missed more than one pill a handfull of times over that period of time. This past month, due to refill issues I missed the first 3 pills of the pack. I was told to use the pack as usual and use a back up method. We used a foam spermacide. Now Im experiencing either exagerated PMS symptoms...(extremely sore and sensitive breasts, very tired for the past couple days), but none of my normal symptoms or...maybe early preg symptoms....!!?! I normally start on my 3rd inactive pill...Im on inactive pill 2 but will I start with the pills or my normal time? Are the missed pills to blame for the wierd symptoms? Or maybe pregnant? Im taking the test in the morning, just in case, but maybe someone has some advice.

I've been married for 7 years to a really great guy who was diagnosed with acute myloid leukaemia a few years back.Thankfully he survived and we're considering having a baby but I'm terrified of it coming back and not only losing my husband but the father of my child.It's something we both really want but the risk just seems too high since leukaemia is one of those cancers that people rarely survive a second time around.

I am 5 wks late for my period..I'm not on anykind of birthcontrol and I frequently have unprotected sex with my live in boyfriend..and I have negative HPT results...here's the catch...I think I have a UTI b/c my pee is cloudy and smells funny...could a UTI effect a HPT???

i am asking this question for my cousin, about 2 weeks ago she found out she was pregnant, even though she had just finsihed a very light period, we went to the hospital who confirmed she was about 5 weeks pregnant, then last week she had some light bleeding (Spotting) We went to A & E and they ran some blood and urine tests and said everything was fine. Two days later she was due to a dating scan, but when she went the doctor said he could see the sac, but the baby hadn't grown since 5 weeks and she should be 8 weeks, he then done an internal examination and said that she had had a miscarriage and to wait a week for heavy bleeding and stomach cramps, and to go back to the hospital in a weeks time for blood tests. Has anyone experienced anything like this or shouls she get a second opinion?

Im due to have my 1st baby on saturday but im convinced im going to go over. A friend told me to take cod liver oil tablets to bring me on which i have done. Has any1 else tried this and did it work? Also if i dont go into labour on my due date i will be seeing my midwife on tues so what will happen? Will i be induced then? Thanks!

It seems as though my daughter is not listening anymore.
If you ask her to do something, she will ignore you.
If you tell her to stop she won't.
If you ask her a question she will ignore you.

Like i have told her not to pick up her baby sister and everytime no one is looking she is. Even though I explain to her she is going to get hurt if she gets dropped but apparently it doesn't matter to her.

I ask her to brush her hair or get dressed and she doesn't she will just stand there and look at u or go do something else.

I feel like I have to yell at her to get her to do anything.

THen she says why are you yelling at me and I tell her I asked her five times do something and she doens't listen. I say if you would just listen I wouldn't have to yell. It seems like that is the only way to get her attention.

I have tried other things. LIke takin things away. I tried a chart that you put stickers on and get a prize. But it isn't helping.

I was having cramping for 2 week and they stopped. My boobs were super sore and now they aren't as sore... I have been extremely tired and when I get home from work all I want to do is lay down.
Although, I have been having a hard time falling asleep at night.
I am due for my period on Sept. 5th... on the 10th DPO I took a test, negative, I also took one on the 11 dpo as well and that was negative. I am on the 13 dpo and I am afraid to take more test. Now the test I took before were expired for over a year. I went and bought a 3 pack of first response but I have not taken them yet because I am afraid.
What are your thoughts?

By following the shettles method to concieve a boy, do the chances of actually having a boy go up or is it still 50/50? We are charting temperature and cm right now for a few months and then we'd like to try to give our son now a little brother. My husband's side has all girls and we'd like to bring more boys to the family! We'd love a little girl too just as much of course!! Has anyone actually tried this method to get either sex? I've read the book and I know the exact time of day that I ovulate so I won't be hard for us to follow what the book says.

Ok so we've narrowed it down to 4 boy names and 4 girl names...the problem is that we are completely in love with all the names and can't decide! We need one boy name and one girl name. below I have listed the first and middle names, the first names are all just names we like and the middle names are all significant for some reason or other and I have listed those reasons. All help will be appreciated!

I am pregnant, have had it confirmed and everything, but I am afraid I am going to lose this baby. Two days before I tested positive, I started to spot, which I didn't find unusual because I spotted with my son also, but the night I tested positive I started to cramp too! The spotting is very light, mostly just when I wipe, and it comes and goes. The cramping is also light for the most part, and it feels more like a pulled muscle than menstrual pain. What worries me is that every question I have read says that spotting or cramping separately are common, but if they happen together it is trouble! I have talked with my obgyn, and she sent me for blood work to check hcg levels..... came back 1-2 weeks pregnant so she told me she couldnt do an ultrasound to check for problems yet. She just told me to rest, drink lots of fluids, and avoid sexual contact. Is this ok, or should I seek advice from someone else? I can't help but worry that I am eventually going to miscarry, ugh.

I turn 37 weeks today and I can't wait anymore. What are the first signs of pre-labor? I started having really bad back pain last night but no contractions and I feel a lot of pressure from the baby's head. This is my second pregnancy but my previous one was a stillborn at 26 weeks and they induced my labor. My due date is September 20 but is there any chance that I might deliver early?

Women have to worry about not being raped, abused, and used, we have to go 9 months carrying a child that may not even make it while we suffer sideaffects of your bust sizes shrinking, our hips get wider, we get stretch marks, we suffer sickness such as in vomiting all the freaken time, then have our monthly cycles that we are forced to deal with for the rest of our lives until we're like late in our 40's suffering from horrible cramps then we have manopause and breast cancer, and the sex hurts the women while guys just have their sick fantasy pleasure all day, men treat us like sex toys, expect us to be home and have dinner ready when they come home, we dont have much rights, we're nothing but baby machines to some men.

Men just get to lie around being all relax, they dont have to worry about nothing, they always get what they want, i think its not fair, we are taken for granted and men dont care at all!!!

occasionaly turn quite pale, which inturn makes his temples and the bridge of his nose between his eyes look kinda blue? it only lasts for a while anything from 10mins to 45mins.

hes fine in himself, happy, eating, playing not hot or cold not tired. its happened 3 times this week, at any time of the day

he went into hospital at 7 weeks because he was screeming himself blue in the face and basicly screaming all his breath out and passing out.
while at hospital he had full top to toe MOT, ECG (Heart scan thing), blood tests, chest xrays, the works.

The hospital thought he may of had acid reflux but test came back fine to, so we stil dont know why he did it, we came to the conclushion its his temper, thankfuly hes stopped doing it now.

so any ideas why he changes colour for no apperent reason?

I can't get my almost 3 year old to potty train. She will sit on the potty and do nothing. She can sit there all day and nothing she'll just say done, wipe and flush.

I have just put her in underwear because she doesn't care if she is wet., so the pullups aren't working for her. She goes through 14 undies a day . She even asks to go potty. We will be in the store or doing something and she says I have to go potty. But she doesn't.

I have tried the reward system, and letting her watch her 5 year old sister and myself, I have done everything I can and nothing works. She is in her room throwing a fit because she wants an M&M and I won't give her one because she didn't potty on the potty.

Any tips would be grately appreciated.
