You need to at least let a trusted adult or parent know your pregnant so someone close to you can offer support and advice.
You should also start getting prenatal care, so at the least, your doctor will need to know.

Wow, first make sure it's safe for you and the baby for you to continue all the activities at school. If everything is safe which I thinking marching band is (depending on your position) then I would suggest wearing loose clothing now so when you actually start showing you no one will be alarmed. Since you are in school you can just increase your jeans up a size and wear non-form fitting t-shirts. I had a friend that was fuller figured and no one knew she was pregnant even down to her ninth month. So it all depends on your body shape whether you will be concealing a lot or a little.
On the other hand, I hope this is not a mask question to also find out how to hide the pregnancy from your parents. I serious hope you have spoken with your parental figures and are getting the proper medical attention you need.
Good luck sweetie, and hang in there !

Well you can only hide it for so long. And that marching outfit will only fit for so long. But hey it's good exercise. Is it just during the football season. That's how mine is. If it is then it will be over before you're half way through your second trimester when you really start growing. You should be okay. Just make sure you stay well hydrated. Used to be a drum major so I know what you mean about loving the band.

If you're only 5 weeks, there's really not much to hide. You won't begin to show until you are AT LEAST a few months along. Especially if you are a "bigger girl". Please tell me that you are getting prenatal care though. Hide it from your friends all you want, but get yourself checked out by a doctor on a regular basis.
Its still perfectly healthy to march in your marching band as long as you are drinking plenty of water and taking breaks if you need to. As far as I know, schools aren't allowed to kick you out of certain activities just because you're pregnant. There's exceptions of course. You can't be out playing girls football if you're pregnant, but marching in a band?.... Not dangerous to the health of the baby.

Quit eating so much! LOL, you shouldn't be changing the amount you eat for the first trimester at least! After this it's only 300 extra calories per day - don't think you need to start eating for 2, that is not the case at all. It's fine and actually recommended to exercise during pregnancy, maybe start going for walks? You shouldn't be showing this soon, don't use pregnancy as an excuse to eat all you want, especially this early in the game!

eating more isn't the way to go about having a healthy baby. why would you be kicked off of marching band? you should do what is healthy for you and the baby and gaining too much weight is not the way to do that for either of you. check with your doctor to find out if you need to quit the band and also how much weight you should gain over the course of your pregnancy. if you gain too much you could form many dangerous diseases during pregnancy that can cause problems with your pregnancy.
if you don't want anybody to find out that you are pregnant then just don't tell and wear larger frumpier clothes.

Normally a person won't start to show until around 3 months and sometimes even longer so you have some more time before you will be raising eyebrows. I don't think that anyone can sit you down and ask you if you're pregnant - even if you look like you might be.
Go ahead and stay in your activities as long as you feel up to it!
Good luck!

Sorry if this sounds harsh because youre young and all but you need to focus on the baby and NOT the marching band. Im guessing your parents dont know about it and you need to tell them so you all can figure out what option would be best for you. You may be a big girl and hiding it but eventually someone is gonna worry about how big your getting because its not healthy for you at all. Please let someone help you.

Not being judgemental, but I hope you at least get some prenatal vitamins and take care of yourself by seeing a doctor. This is the time of your child's life that their tiny brain and neurological system is forming and being deficient in important vitamins right now could have serious effects on their life. Is marching band more important to you than your blood?

It's eventually going to come out sooner or later. If you're going to keep the baby then you might as well start facing responsibilty. Just make sure while you're hiding you're pregnancy, that the doctor approves of "all you're activities" because, the most important thing now is to keep you're baby safe and healthy. best of luck

If I wanted to I could of hid my pregnancy until I was 6 months. Now I'm all the sudden getting huge, and before I was pregnant I was 120 lbs so I'm sure u can hide it for longer.
