I have no idea how many times i have repeated this stuff but here i go again:

15
pregnant
with twins
10 siblings
dad in jail
seduced by the idiot when i was 14 and now he's gone
just found out he has gotten other girls pregnant
people are laughing at me and calling me names
raped by the same guy a week later and it took me days and days to call the cops
i had anorexia a few year ago and now i'm incredibly thin
doctor said my kids' lives are in danger
therefore putting my own in danger
i'm throwing up every half an hour
and i can't get off my fat a ss to do something about anything
yeah sure i have had medical treatment already but i can't stop to think things through
sorry, i just threw up again, i'm back, although you never knew i was gone...
my brothers friends were calling me every bad thing you could possibly think of a few hours ago and now they are trying to hit on me

SERIOUSLY i don't even care what you say just please say something useful!

I am currently 21 weeks and the last ultrasound around 19 weeks showed a cyst on the brain. The doctor said it will most likely go away but i can't help but to worry. How common is it?

http://babycage.net/index.php

I was just answering someone else question and was doing a search trying to find a superyard gate. I didn't know what it was called so I entered 'baby cage' in the search engine, thinking it sounded ridiculous, but i didn't know what else to call it. i came upon this website and was shocked!!!! Is this a sick joke?! it looks legit from what I read, I'm just so sickened by this. At first I laughed thinking it was a joke, maybe by some extreme animal rights group, but I think this site is real!! This is totally child abuse!!

My 3 year old daughter started preschool in March. I hardly ever had a problem with her listening and following directions. Since she has been in school, I have to ask her several times to stop doing something. She will stop for a few minutes, than starts up again. Or if I ask her to help me with something, she acts like she doesn't hear me. I am wondering if this is a common problem when they start preschool, etc...PLEASE HELP ME!!

Eg. We went to her doc's appt yesterday. My husband had to go to work from there and she would not even want to come to me and cried and cried for alsmot half an hour after my husband left and didn't even let me touch her.
Other eg; she would only have daddy chnage her diaper or feed her or take her for a walk and many more:((
I know she is just a tiny kid but sometimes this thing hurts me so much that i can not handle it. I feel bad that my own daughter does not want to come close to me.
I might be getting too emotional here but i do feel very hurt.
esp people;s comments like" Oh!she really is a daddy's girl. She dose not want mommy at all," etc
Do u think this is just a phase?is it common for small kids to prefer one of the parent to such an extent . esp dad over mom?
Thanks Much in advance.

My husband is insisting we name our boy whos due in october after himself and I really dont want to, he will not give in and it is a cause of fighting. What do i do, he likes the other names I picked out, he says he just wants a JR? This is our first child and certainly not our last, I told him maybe next time? What happens in the delivery room, who names the baby, Im afraid he will do it without telling me.

I'm four months pregnant right now, and seeing an oby/gyno that is about 30 minutes away from where I'm living. My mom wants me to switch once i'm six months to a doctor that is closer to where we live. However I really like my doctor now and would like to stay with her for my appointments but would like to deliver at a hospital near my home. So my question is how likely is it that my doctor would deliver my baby if we drove to the hospital where she delivers? Did your oby/gyno deliver your baby or someone else because if its not likely I'd like to stay with her and just deliver at my local hospital. Advice pls.

My daughter starts kindergarten this year plus I have my older boy and three new step children. Where is the store with the most reasonable prices for back to school wear, and by that I mean the uniforms. In advance thank you for your input.

My 2month old cries all the time. SHe can never just sit there awake she has to be held all the time or be in her vibrating bouncer and being bounced my me. She wont sleep in her crib at all. When she falls asleep she instantly wakes up when she's placed in her crib. I have tried a baby swing, baby carrier, and rocking her in the rocking chair. Even riding in the car doesnt help. SHe also never sleeps and she has colic. I have given her gripe water but that doesnt help. I have to sit up for hours bouncing her with my foot until it feels like its goin to fall off before she falls asleep. Is it really ok for her to sleep in her bouncer all the time? I find myself never wanting her to be awake and that makes me feel horrible. My arms ache from holding her too! I cant get no sleep or ne thing done. Help what do I do??? NOTHING WORKS, NOTHING! I cant even enjoy my daughter when shes awake. Plus she isnt at all on a schedule.

I know it is a massive culteral divide.

In the UK where I was brought up, anything under 5 years old is seen as barbaric.

Now in NYC I see babies 6 months old with little earrings.

My daughter is 2.

Maybe I will wait until she can decide for herself.

What are the general thoughts out there on the matter??

thanks xx

I call my daughter Sweet pea. I gave her that nickname when she was first born and low and behold almost 4 yrs later she is not really that sweet. To me she can be sweet, but she's actually a bully at daycare, etc... I was wondering if anyone else has nicknames that do or don't fit their child?

Why does period signs have to be pregnancy signs too? My boobs are sore, my appetite has increased, I"m tired....why isn't there just a distinction between the two? I'm just ranting here, but WHY!!! I guess I'll just have to wait one more week until I can test....wish me luck!! :)

I breastfed for a week and a half, but I stopped because of the discomfort. It felt weird, and it hurt! My son's now one year old. Did he really miss out, or is breastfeeding overrated?

Should sex education not only be compulsory for both males and females,
BUT for girls only- include medical footage of actual child births in full colour and from the clearest possible angle so as to deter them in a rather graphic manner.
And invite teen mothers to give class talks about their real-life experiences etc?
Perhaps 13 yrs old is an ideal age to commence?

[A thought experiment.].

what else can we do to decrease this most undesirable social phenomena (which statistically clearly illustrates continued poverty/welfare dependency)?

Your thoughts as mothers?

I heard it was good for pregnant moms since it cleans every thing out and prepares for the birth.

My husband and I are going to be first time parent 's in October to a little boy much to my husbands delight. Over the past few years lets just say he has been a little less than motivated and ambitious, although he's a great guy. I was usually the one to make all the money and be responsible, and he just worked enough to get by. I recently was laid off and am now 6 months pregnant. He has gone through a complete turnaround, he works 70 hours a week, is fixing the house, pays the mortgage and bills, even though I am collecting. he even talks about me not going back to work once the baby comes in october. I am so happy, I never thought this would happen, I hope it lasts for the next 18 years! Anyone else have this happen. Who knew all it would take is a baby??

My son goes to daycare once a week (just for exposure to other kids), and his birthday (5th) is August 29th...for reasons of vacation and other planning issues, his kids birthday party is being held Aug 18th. He will be in daycare monday July 23rd, but then wont be back again until Aug 3rd. I need the head count for the reservations by the 11th of Aug. Should i sent out the invites this monday, or after he returns to daycare? Ive only ever had family parties with him, and it didnt matter, this is the first year hes having a party with only kids, so its new to me. Thanks!
