My doctor asked me to wait 2 -3 weeks after the bleeding stopped from my miscarriage to insert anything in my vagina for risk of infection. Also, it is best to wait 2-3 cycles before trying to conceive again to ensure that there are no products of conception left inside your uterus and to make sure your hormones are balanced.

It depends on how long after you miscarried. I would say about the same time as if you had the baby full term. But otherwise I would ask a doctor. At anytime after a miscarriage you could easily conceive again. I would ask you're doctor to see what you'r doctor says!

i was told not to have sex or insert anything into my vagina for 2 weeks after my miscarriage. any sooner, and you heighten your chances for infection.
they also said not to get pregnant less than 3 months after the miscarriage, cos this can cause incompetent cervix, and increased chance for another miscarriage.
