My daughter starts kindergarten this year plus I have my older boy and three new step children. Where is the store with the most reasonable prices for back to school wear, and by that I mean the uniforms. In advance thank you for your input.

First check with your local uniform stores, many sell used uniforms too. Kmart and Target both sometimes have uniform sections. Thrift stores near the schools are another good place to look.

Thrift stores and consignment shops are the first place I look when buying children's clothes. I also go to yard sales.
If your school does not have a buy or trade night perhaps you could start one! People could sell their used uniforms to other parents or trade them if they have multiple children attending that school as well. Don't forget to save the outgrown uniforms of the older children for their younger siblings to "grow into"!

Oftentimes, your local thrift stores will have some khakis and polos on hand. Wal-Mart is another good choice.
Kids grow so quickly - it's a shame to spend too much on uniforms.

They've got polos, pants, and skirts under $10, and shoes and belts under $15.
