I am doing him a jungle safari themed party and i am inviting only 5 0r 6 mums and their babies as we only have small flat,i am doing a party lunch for the mums and fun dancing and games for the babies but do you have any suggestions on what games i can do and what cheap decorations to do to,i am so excited.
I was thinking of things like instead of simon says it will be monkeys says and pass the parcel.Any more ideas would be grateful and how to make my living room look like a jungle -many thanks.

i am really sorry but i am sick of hearing people say that its either impossible or you cant have you period while you are pregnant....

when i was prgnant with my first child i was 16 and i had my period all the way through my pregnancy until i was 8 months and it was spot on every month i never skipped a period and it never came late or early
i am now pregnant with my second child and even this time i had my period until i was just over 2 months
the reason i am bringing this up is i see alot of post where people are saying that if you have had your period youre not pregnant etc

what is a resonable rate to charge for babysitting? i live in the uk, im 13, dont have any experience yet but im going to take babysitting classes, i think i would make a very good babysitter, i am caring, responsable and very mature for my age

All of a sudden I am seeing a new thing in my son. The moment I open his diaper he reaches for his penis and testecles. He squeeses them. I find this very painful while he does not feel anything. He is exploring himself but will he hurt himself. He also hits himself there at times when he is playing and happy. Please advise.

but the mother has just told me the our kid wants to take up ballet. What the f**k??? A lad doing ballet? I told her to not take him or I'll go ballistic. How do you think I can stop him from making such a fool of himself?

I had sex earlier on in the month too but i am worried about this day in particular (Feb 21)

Would i already be feeling like throwing up, heartburn and excessive saliva?
My period is due in 2 days and i know i could test but do you think there is a chance?
I hope to god not but i fell so sick and that day when i had sex he pulled out but i don't think in time.

im nearly 8 weeks pregnant. i suffered a misscarriage 2 months ago, so as youve worked out i got pregnant straight away. this pregnancy was different i felt it, i am so so tired boobs kill !! ive now started bleeding no pain but blood is red n bit brown, i have a scan on monday, but got an emergency app at 11.40 to be examined. i go away tommorow i want to no if i have a dead baby inside me. i no ive lost it i just no it. has anyone else been through this

After a lot of research I learned that the general recommended dose of folic acid is between 400-800 mcg daily.many know websites also mentioned that a woman who is planning to get pregnant should take 5 mg daily (5000 mcg) there are no known effects or side effects of folic acid. is it also ok to be taking 5 mg during pregnancy? anyone who has kids please tell me if u took folic acid and what dosage

We're talking about names (in the very future tense, we're not married yet) and came up with these two. They're both unusual, and call to mind a specific individual in a specific story. We're looking for more names like this:
1.) Character from literature/mythology/history
2.) Unique, unmistakeable, unusual
3.) Positive or neutral connotation (Hannibal is cool, but Silence of the Lambs kinda shot that through)
4.) Different 'pantheons' - no theme names (Lazarus, so no Magdalene; Guinevere, so no Merlin or Galahad)

Help us brainstorm. What can you come up with?

Hi,i have been trying for 10th months to get pregnant.Im 26 and my partner is 30.Both reasonanbly healthy,ie not over weight,not big drinkers etc.Recently brought a clearblue fertility monitor,started using it today.Has anyone ever used one,if so how long did it take for you to concive?
The 10 months we have been trying,i have never found out when im ovualting,so at this moment im not suspecting a problem.

For the life of me i don't get it. Some people see a baby and just lose it, I look at babies and see all humanity. Maybe he's cute now, but i'm sure Hitler was someone's little bundle of love sometime too.
And what's so cute about a small person who can't control themselves, feed themselves, and then to reward you, throw up on you?

I used to breasfeed him ,but when he was 5 months he started to refuse to take my breast, I tried the bottle he refused it too, nowadays he drinks only 180cc cold milk during the day and that when he gets thursty because i'm trying to give him cold milk instead of water.I wonder why he doesn't like milk, and i wish u can help me to solve the problem, can u give me any ideas how to make ur child like to drink milk?

if so, how long were you supposed to bounce on it for? how long after will you fell the result? and did work for you or anyone you know?

am 40 wks prego, baby well and trully engaged (loads of pelvis pain) my GP adviced me to try inducing labour naturally at home but nothing works he will refer me to a midwife to sweep my membrains by next week (i am really and really not looking forward to that) so you gotta help me!

saw my consultant for the first time on monday, im 29 weeks now and was told initally by one of his team that a normal birth was not something they would consider after 2 sections
he said that i had to have an internal scan to see if the scar tissue was thick enough for delivery and if it was he could see no reason why i couldnt give it a go but they would not be able to induce me or anything
has any one else delivered naturally after 2 sections? if yes how did it all go?

I am 37 weeks and would very much like to go into labor soon. My doctor says it is safe to deliver now and wouldn't stop me from labor, but he cannot induce me until 38to39 weeks. Perhaps there is a law or medical code? What are some "home remedies" that are safe to try. I'll try anything... but please, tell me what only about what you KNOW will work. I don't want to be on a goose chase at the store for things that are just wives tales.

Also, I am on limited activity- I'm on "rest" which means I don't have to be laying down in bed, but I am not supposed to be on my feet for any length of time other than absolutely necessary and also not supposed to have intercourse.

Hi. I took an Abtrim Pessary (like Canestan) at the advice of a doctor, using the applicator. However the next day I read that you're not meant to do this in the first 12 weeks. Does anyone know what the side effects are and if it can harm the baby? What are the dangers?

She also gave me some cream to apply. Anyone know if this is necessary, even though I've got no itchiness or external symptoms?
