Cool idea, newspaper print in a roll, twist large pieces of paper like vines , hang from the ceiling or high wall , out of reach. Color pics from a jungle coloring book and cut out animals, hang them from the vines. Serve bananas, gummy worms , dirt { crushed oreos} You can make a tree out of brown and green construction paper, taping it to the wall. Let the children 1 and older color pics of jungle animals as well. Musical chairs, never too early to start that great game. Have fun !!!!!! Jungle music. Get ideas from movie Jungle book. Dress the part.

Quick cheep and easy buy a load of crepe paper in different greens. Cut them into strips and tie one end of each strip to a long piece of string which you tack up to make a sort of 'jungle' curtain. If you can get hold of a couple of old sheets paint them with watered down poster paints (just do a sort of camouflage pattern if you are no artist!) and drape them over the furniture, as the paints are water based they will wash off if they get on clothes.

I understand your excitment but too be fair it is true that other than you and the other mums, noone will notice your efforts...
Moreover becarefull you don't scare all the babies...
Any way, for cheap budget you could also use balloons... Coloured ballons attached together can be coconuts, flowers, green leaves... Strips of green paper attached on the ceiling...
Have fun

if you have a bit of spare money get down to b&q or homebase.
you can buy really big green leafy plants for next to nothing to give the room a jungle feel. £40 would probably fill your romm with huge green leafy plants..
