Trying to figure out if the baby on the way is actually my little brothers! Can someone help me? SHe has been told she concieved on December 2nd does this sound right?

the standard formula is 9 months plus a week. So the tentative date of conception should be around 3rd of Dec. 2006. This is the way to calculate from the day of conception.
Now, add two weeks, if you want to calculate from the day of ovulation, though it is not standard these days.
Some also calculate the birth by lunar months and these are counted to 10 lunar months as the lunar month does not have a fixed tenure but in the long period of an year the total averages out.
Now considering the fact that there are irregularities that a gynaecologist knows about the mother, she may fix the date according to that.

Well unfortunately due dates are rarely 100% accurate but if you take the usual length of pregnancy to be 40weeks then counting backwards from there-literally week by week- you're looking at the 6th Dec as a conception date. The 2nd doesn't seem so far off the mark in that case(allowing for human error).
Bear in mind that sperm are swimmers and can be doing their thing for up to a week, depending on whether they carry male or female chromosomes-according to recent research 'male sperm' tend to swim fast for short periods while 'female sperm' swim slower for longer.
It is entirely possible therefore that the last time they slept together could be a few days before conception which I would presume is the cause for concern.
If your brother has serious doubts then he needs to have a D.N.A. test as soon as possible after the child is born-but bear in mind that how he and you act over the next 9 months or so will be with him forever-and that there are some things you just can't take back once you've aired them aloud.

Conception date was about Mid-December. Dec. 2nd seems a bit early.

Nah that's wrong cause she should be due in late september early october cause it really takes 10 mths not 9mths don't know why we get told that 4

If you are uncertain that this baby is your brother's then you need to get a paternity test. A paternity test will tell you 100% if he is the father or not.
