I am 24 weeks and 3 days, and i am not really showing. I can tell that there is a baby in there, but the general public can't. Before i got pregnant i was already a little thick, i weighed about 180 lbs. @ 5'6", i've gained about 10 lbs. so far for a total of 190. It probably wouldn't look so bad if i had a nice round belly, but i don't. The top of my tummy has rounded out some, but i still have a pouch of fat underneath. It looks like two seperate stomachs! People who don't know that i am pregnant just think i got fatter. Is there anyone else out there who isn't showing yet, and when do you think i will start?

and i have NO idea what i'm doing... i know i need to see my ob/gyn, but i have to pay off some bills from my last visit before i can schedule another appointment with her. i just need to know the basics like, how much water do i drink, what kind of food should i be eating, is it safe to work out, etc...
any positive feedback is GREATLY appreciated.

Last night I had a weird dream, and I woke up crying and had to call someone just to calm me down.

I am pregnant, and my dad keeps saying I am going to have twins.
Well in my dream, I end up having twins, and after the birth they wheel me out into the lobby and all my family are there, my grandmother walks up to me and says everyone is here, except for your Pap(grandpa), he died during your delivery.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN???

I'm always squirting all over her, or she spits up on herself. Bibs don't do anything unless I leave them on her all day long, then they end up smelling just as bad too haha. I tried soaking her clothes, didn't work. I even tried color bleach....help!

My 6 month old son has little red raised dots all over his body. They look like tiny little red pimples. There is no fever and it doesnt look like he is uncomfortable or trying to scratch. I asked his babysitter is she fed him anything different yesterday and she said no. He has a little stuffy nose right now, could that be just be part of his cold? Im gonna call the pediatrician when they open but I just wanted to see if this sounded familiar to anyone.

My hubby died, leaving me with a boy and a 13 yo girl. They didn't get along, my boy always thought I loved his sister much more than him and got very jealous. At 11 she liked to tease him, things that are normal in bro/sister relationship. But he used to get very angry and even more because I used to tell him he was older and had to protect his lil sister. He ended up being mean to her, out of jealousy for several times did really bad and unacceptable things to her, like throwing her in a swimming pool when she was dressed for a party. I gave him harsh punishments, he changed, acknowledged he was acting out of anger and was wrong. But felt extremely humiliated, said I wasn't a fair mother, cause I favored her and was harsh on him, and started hating me, though never did anything wrong again. Today he's living w/ my mother-in law, who loves him a lot. Now he's the kind of boy any mother would proud of, a great kid, but hates meand won't come back. It seems this will be forever.

Hi.. I'm almost 31 weeks pregnant (30 +5days) and I cant seem to cope - physically
I am drained more than 90% of the time, and I'm finding it difficult to breathe, walk and stand
I'm also having problems sleeping at night

This is my first baby - I'm quite small built but my baby is an average size baby - I think she's almost 3 pounds in weight.

Please help?

I had braxton hicks and so I went to the er. Turns out my blood pressure was high and I have a bladder infection. I think the cramps are gone... should I be worried? I see the doctor today.. but am stiffling panic?
