Last night I had a weird dream, and I woke up crying and had to call someone just to calm me down.

I am pregnant, and my dad keeps saying I am going to have twins.
Well in my dream, I end up having twins, and after the birth they wheel me out into the lobby and all my family are there, my grandmother walks up to me and says everyone is here, except for your Pap(grandpa), he died during your delivery.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN???

Honey it means that your worried about loosing him. I was very close to my grandpa, and still am to my Gram. You dont need to put alot of faith in that dream. I'm SURE he wont miss seeing your bundle of joy. But i would advise spending as much time with them as you can so you wont have any regrets when you do lose him.

You must know his condition is getting worse, or your mind would have went there. Take lots of pictures NOW make a scrap book to keep his memory alive for your children.

My daughter never met my grandpa but knows him like she did. I wrote a book of memories too of all the wonderful memories I had of him. Still working on my Grams. She is 95 and I know i dont have long left but my kids and grand kids will have all my memories of how wonderful they both were.

pregnancy does make you have strange dreams... I had a dream once where I slept through my WHOLE labor, and woke up and they were handing me the baby, and I had to put her down for something, and when I picked her back up, she was a baby sea turtle!! I know that that's never going to happen. Don't worry so much about your dream, b/c that's what it was, a dream. Stress isn't good for the baby, so just calm down, relax and go call your pap and have a nice chat with him. It'll make you feel better. Good luck and God bless!!

Unfortunately this is one of the symptoms that come along with pregnancy and the dreams will range from outrageously crazy to extremely frightening. It is all just a part of your hormones going crazy and your emotions and fears coming out in your dreams. I have been plagued with this with all five of my pregnancies now and I am still not adjusted to the types of dreams that I have some nights. The worst part is how realistic that they can feel when you wake up. I hope that this helps you at least to feel better and I wish you lots of luck.

Lets put the hormones answer aside for a minute.

You really love your family, your wanting your baby to have everything you had and more.
Grandpa and Grandma are a important part of ones life as a large family.
This is why your dreaming about it. We take things to bed. Anxiety of everything being perfect for your child seems to be tops on your list. It is part of being a good mom.

Take this as a good sign your mother instincts hit in.

Congrats mom!!!!

It means that you had a dream and need to calm down. It's not a big deal, it's just a dream. I mean I have dreams about chatting it up with Bill gates, or married to Christopher Walken, that doesnt mean it is ever going to happen.

Pregnancy tends to make you have strange dreams. It probably means nothing. Don't worry about it.
