Pregnancy & Parenting - 9 February 2007

My 7 1/2 month old is the proud new owner of two bottom teeth. He bites me every time we nurse, and it hurts, for godsake! I've tried saying "NO BITING" loudly but that just makes him laugh and eggs him on...I've tried not reacting at all thinking he'd get tired of the joke without my cries of pain or yelling...I have a pump, but pumping for every single one of his liquid meals seems like lot to keep up with..or maybe some of you do that? I want to nurse for a year but he'll be an Enfamil baby in short order if this keeps up. Advice?

Im doing a school project for early child hood development. If you guys could fill this out it would be greatly appreciated, I am taking a survey, on baby products, and different age groups. I am comapring your answers with answers from moms and dads aged 13-25.

I spoke to the mother of a boy who has been physically abusing my daughter on the way home from the school bus. She spoke to her son and the situation has been remedied. Should I call her to thank her and to assure her that my daughter has been warned not to take advantage and be verbally mean to this boy (yes, she is just as nasty only with words, not hands). I want her to know that I appreciate it and that she can also call me if there are any problems with my daughter.

I am 35 weeks pregnant and I am CONSTANTLY sleepy. I feel like I am not getting enough sleep and I am finding it hard to get up the energy to do much of anything. I get about 7-9 hours of sleep every night and have a healthy diet. I am also taking my prenatal vitamins and iron supplements for anemia. With my other children, I had already kicked into the nesting period by now, you know...where you get the surge of energy & start cleaning and preparing for baby??!! Is this normal or should I contact my doctor?

I am a healthy 24 year old. I don't smoke or drink. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 3 years and finally we get pregnant 2 times in 3 months both ending in miscarriages. Ok last month I beleive I had my peroid but it was only spotting for 2wks, I called my doctor and they said it's nothing even though they did not see me. My breasts are very sore and they have been since mid January. I know I have been on all types of differents meds lately but I really don't think that's the cause be cause I have had normal peroids the last three months.

Can someone please tell me if I should just call the doctor back and make an appointment or should I just wait until I get my next cycle to see what happens. Husband and I want kids but we are not trying anymore like in the past. I really have no clue as to what to do. I have been getting really bad heartburn as well and being tried more than before.

PLEASE HELP! My son is 5 (6 in May). His skin in super sensitive. I have tried many soaps and he gets rashes or they dry his skin out terribly. I have been using moisturized baby soap on him and it works, but it seems like it doesn't get him totally clean. He is an active boy and needs a little more cleaning than baby soap, but I can't find anything that won't cause rashes or dry his skin out. Any suggestions?? All help is greatly appreciated!!!

My little girl is 4 months old. I am trying to think of some activities for us to do when she is getting sleepy but not ready for bed yet. If I try her jumperoo or play mat it seems to be to much stimulation. If I try to read to her she seems to bored. Any ideas would be helpful. I am also thinking of quitting my job to stay at home with her and any other activities would be appreciated as well. What do you do with your 4 month old?

Can a women be pregnant, if she had unprotected sex but then she has had her period for the last two months. First time after the sex they were late ten days, and second period for the second month lasted only 5 days and came two days early. But, her back is hurting since her second month period to present. She is also having a high flow during period and thick blood flow in a chunk.

Can a women be pregnant and still get her period?
What are the chances that she is pregnant or are this regular symptoms?

Please Help!!!
