This is my third pregnancy, but my youngest child is now 9 so it's been a while. I'm 30 years old and don't remember having this very sharp lower back/hip pain. I have a corporate job and wear heels to work. Could the heels be causing this and what can I do to help the pain? I'm losing sleep at night!

I have high-lights in my hair right now. And my sister in -law told me later in my pregnancy it's risky to dye your hair during pregnancy. So I I’ll just dye my hair back to it's normal color, rather then having it un-even. I'm 6 weeks preg. Would it be safe enough since I’m still early in my pregnancy to dye my hair? And what is a safe/good brand of hair-dye? to do it yourself.

I really want to have a 3d or 4d ultrasound... I heard that you can pay for them and have them whenever you want if your insurance won't pay for it.. do you know anywhere were I can do this? I want this done at my 20 week ultrasound.. I am 11 weeks right now.

BTW I live in oregon.

O.k. just curious, I didn't start to show with my first child until I was like 5 or 6 months. He is 10 years old and I am pregnant with # 2. I am 7 weeks and curious if I will show alot sooner with this pregnancy? Every says with your second pregnancy you begin to show sooner. Just curious to hear what others have to say?

i havent gotten my period since nov 13th. ive since then taken 5 pregnancy tests and a blood test to determine what was going on but they all came out negitive. the dr. recently perscribed to "provera" so my period would come down. its been 4 days and still no sign of a period. i am going to go back. but i have a question... why then if im not pregnant do i
have back pain almost everyday?
heartburn like ive never had before?
weight gain around my waist?
sore breasts?
cramps?
and when the dr squeezed my breast millk came out?

im so confused?!?!
maybe one of you mothers could help me with some answer and pls dont answer if your going to be rude or give me insufficiant information... im just looking for some advice or something that can help me through a very difficult sitations. i am planning to go back to the dr if i recieve no period

My 2 year old refuses to potty train! I have been trying for months to get her to use her potty. I have offered her treats and rewards for using but she just is not interested in the potty at all. What should i do to help the process along?

So, I have been having a few symptoms of preg... Cramps last weekend for no reason and sore nipples. My period is due either Friday or Sat and I have been so anxious that I took an early test last night and it came up neg. I was bummed and my husband told me to give it a little time and retest maybe with early morning urine. I tested this morning and got a faint line.. i mean really faint. I had to have him take a look at it but he saw the faint line too. My question is this... has anyone had a very faint line and taken a digital test to confirm? I don't want to waste a digital test if it will show not pregnant because it is too faint on a line test. I know it is early and I know I am testing early but we have been trying for a while and we are really excited to possibly become parents. Acutally, I can't think of anything else that would make us happier. Thanks for any input!!

I'm 18 weeks, 1 day and today at my pelvic exam (PAP Smear) they said I bled and gave me a pad. They then said I'd spot for 24 hours...I'm upset, has this happened to you?

She is 2 and I dont mind her crying herself to sleep but she climbs out of her crib and goes and opens the door herself. Last night she fell out and hit her head and now has a goose egg. I have tried sitting in there till she falls asleep but that takes 2-3 hrs. What to do???

but now I am thinking it would be best to wait until my fiancees mother comes up after the baby gets here. She was never expecting any grandchildren as her son was in a gay relationship for 9 years (he identifies as bi), and she is very very excited about this. This is my third child so I was even thinking about just doing a get to know everyone small party at my place, she has not met my parents yet. She lives in Georgia and we are in Minnesota.

Should I do it afterwards or before, I can't decide, and my fiancee is no help, he says its up to you.

We have done three already. First one was when we found out when she was pregnant. Second one was the ultra sound couldnt find the heartbeat so they did the sonogram just incase. Then the third to find out the sex of the baby. My wife wants to have another one b/c she wants to be sure and the sonogram that we took wasn't clear one. Should she have another one?

I am a single mom of two. When I got divorced last year, I started a bad habit with my oldest son. I started to let him sleep in the bed with me. And after I had the baby, the baby took over the crib. And now that I am dating, it has become a real problem. I now have to lay with him to get him to go to sleep. Last night I layed with him for 2 hours and he still didn't fall asleep. And then if he gets to worked up, he throws up. I have to be home at bedtime cuz he won't go down for the sitter. How do I break this habbit! I need all the help I can get. He also has been screamin and throwin himself down on the ground. Any help?

My friend and I were talking a few days ago and she recently found out that she is pregnant with her third child in five years. We recently just watched the new movie in theaters (Because I said so) and the mom hadn't had an orgasm ever and still had three kids. I thought it was a load of B.S. but my friends no its true she hasn't had one since before the first baby was born, but yet she is pregnant for the third time, I however have the regulary and are trying to get pregnant without much success, can you really get pregnant with out orgasming??

If I told my doctor I had been following my birth control some what faithfully (with the expection of doubling up acouple of times) could he know if that were true? Wether I was on the pill or not, if I missed a pill (OR NOT) and/or when I took my last pill? Basically could my doctor tell that the cause of the pregnancy was the fact that I stopped taking my pills (even if i dont tell him I stopped)?
