no i dont think so.. unless it sleeps in the babies bed and brking allnight long..

I doubt loud sounds can hurt a baby's ear because the decibels that I have heard babies crying at can be as loud as a dog barking if not louder! But at the same time, I really think that babies do not like loud sounds, so a barking dog would make them irritable or cry, but I dont think it will do damage unless it is a couple centimetres form the baby's ear.

YES! Keep the dog at a distance..Babies ears are sensitive and need time to strenghten . Keep dog at least 20 feet from your baby...Baby is more important than to take a risk...
