Well Ann, Lynn, Marie are some of the most common. I would go with middle name that has meaning. Maybe your mother's name or his mother's name. Or father's names is it's a boy.

I know that you are here for help with middle names. I would suggest just doing a search online for baby names. Find something that is meaningful to you.

I don't like either first names. I wouldn't name my girl paxil that is for sure.. isn't there a anti-depressent medicine called paxil?
October is cute.. I would do that for the girl tho.

I agree with the rest, unless they are family or herritage reasons , stay away from them. What is the reason?.... try a good strong family name that will last a life time...that is what this name will be.
Use them as middle names if you must!
