a co-worker and friend of mine has a small problem...and I am not sure on how to help ease her mind a little...b/c honestly mine isn't....her 18 year old daughter is pregnant...never graduated high school...has no job...no license...no nothing....she is however working on the above listed.....this daughter is 31/2 months pregnant....today she calls me and tells me that her other daughter who just turned 16 is pregnant....she is a freshman in high school...this has all been a really big blow to her (the mom)....i can't find the right words to comfort her...she feels like the worst mother on the planet...and she isn't...I have always felt that you are responsible for your own reactions...b/c you hurt yourself before anyone....any advice I can give to her would be appreciated

I am a mother of three but my two oldest are 7 and 8, we now have a 5 month old and I can't remember when they go into a forward facing car seat? I thought it was 1 year or 20lbs but that seems so small, he's already 19 lbs! If anyone knows please let me know, his next appt isn't until March and I don't want to bug the doctor if I can find the info somewhere else! Thank you, HAve a GREAT night!

i had sex about 5 weeks ago. i had my period about 1. it was a regular period and i wasnt sick. now im not throwing up or anything but i do feel like it sometimes.also my lower stomache is kind of got an occasional cramp in it. can this be because im ovulating? would i already be experiencing weight gain this early? i need some reassurance im only a teenager!! im too young!!

My 5 yr. old son is in kindergarden this year. His teacher, who I have been having trouble with since the first of year is telling me that if my boys grades don't improve he will fail. now this is pissing me off. She is saying my boy has slow progress and wants to put him in a slow class. he is NOT slow. He has proven to me that he can do everything she says he can't and has shown me he can even do things she isn't teaching in class! What can I do if she fails him? is there a way to over ride the teachers decision? can I make them allow him to go to 1st grade next year? i have been having trouble with this teacher all year and principal won't help.this teacher has even endangered the life of my son and still the principal does nothing! What can be done about her incorrectly grading my son? & keepin her from failing him when there is no just cause for him to fail at all?They refuse to give me a different teacher to! I tried to get a meeting w/the principal but she refuses to set a time.

I planned on quitting my job in May and staying home with the baby....however, it looks like I may have to go on bedrest pretty soon here. Things are going to be pretty tight with me not working, and we don't have disability benefits at my work. I just need to make it until May because my husband gets a raise about then.....does anybody have any ideas on what to do?

My husband and I are both very attractive and high maintenance people.When our daughter was born 16 years ago we were both expecting a beauty queen but were devestated by what we got.We've tried dealing with the fact that our daughter is ugly but it's been hell.We send her to boarding school where she's been since she started school but now she wants to come home and I don't know how to deal.I don't want to take her places or be seen with her really.My husband has been able to deal with it a lot better than me but I don't know what to do once she gets here.She has everything a girl could possibly want material wise but still can't make friends and I'm so ashamed of her for it.We've never called her ugly to her face or tried to put her down in any way.How in the world could this have happened?What's a parent supposed to do?

Why are people on here being so rude to me?I'm trying to do right by her!We've never done anything to make her feel bad about herself and we do love her.

My daughter has become progressively worse over the past 3 months or so. She recently started talking about how her life sucks and she never has fun or anything. In addition to this she keeps saying how her life was so much better when it was just her and I and her stepfather wasnt in the picture. My husband and I have been together since she was 2. He has taken care of her and been there for her the whole time. Her real father (who I left b/c of his drug problem when she was 6 mths old) is very rarely in the picture though she speaks very highly of him. It is really starting to take it's toll on all of us. I don't understand why she is acting this way. My husband is getting to the point of where he is thinking maybe he should leave. I've been patient and tried talking to her and asking what's the problem and whats up with her but not getting anywhere it seems. Its turned into a arguing match with everyone. Any advice is GREATLY appreciated! Thanks

i had unprotected sex just over 2 weeks ago. and my periods were due today, i hadnt got them so this evening i took a pregnancy test, it came back negative. When i had sex he didnt come in me. whats the chances of the test being too early or me being pregnant still??
