Want to know the trick to get them to sleep at night? It's really only simple logic...during the day...make the house as dark as you can possible get it...blankets over the windows...whatever it takes...at night turn on the lights, and anything else you can think of to make him/her think it's just the opposite of what it should be. After a few days, they will get their days and nights mixed up and stay up during the day (although your house is dark) and sleep at night (although all of the lights will be on)...at least you can get some sleep!

With a baby maybe so, but remember all those sleepless nights are worth it in the end.

No not me..I will be going to bed sooner tonight because i just spent three days in the hospital with my son who has pneumonia. We could not sleep for those nurses coming in every little bit turning on the bright lights.

if your newborn sleeps all day and is awake all night its b/c he or she has theyre days and nights mixed up try to keep the baby up as much as possible during the day if that doesnt work then I suggest you try to sleep while your baby does
