I have pcos and as this is a hormonal condition does this affect your temperature in any way.
I also find it hard to judge weather cm is really watery or not especially after sex.
They say to take your temp at the same time every morning but
does it really have to taken at the same time every day as this is impossible for me as I never wake at the same time.
It varies between a couple of hours sometimes .
Does this happen to any one else and does it affect your chart at all?
I have had ovulation show up on the chart but I never really know if it is true or not. Do you think it possible to miss ovulation ?
I know that pcos can cause you to not ovulate but if your periods are regular than surely this is a good sign that you are ovulating
Your opinions on bbt charting please
Thanks

I have been having contractions and I am 2 cm dilated also on bedrest. My husband is leaving this weekend for a training for work over 2 hours away. He doesn't understand why I am so scared about this. We have two children under 3 at home and the closest relative is 30 minutes away so if I go into labor I have to sit and wait for someone to get to me. He keeps telling me that I should go stay with my parents who are over an hour away and will be at work 30 minutes from their house and the closest hospital to them is also an hour away. I have really fast labors and I am afraid that I won't make it to the hospital in time. He doesn't understand my fears and won't even discuss any other options and is really cold about it and I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions I need help!!

Also I don't have anyone that can stay with me.

At eight months with my first pregnancy I have read loads of stuff about the birth but nowhere and no-one has described what it acutally feels like to have contractions. Is it like the bad cramp you can get in your calves but over a wider area, or severe stomach ache, or what? Serious answers only please. I have heard 'its like nothing you have ever had' so often.....I wondered if getting my legs waxed would be a good introduction to my pain threshold!....

We have given him frersh fruit, dried fruit, natural laxative specifically for children, and suppositories. None of these have worked. He hasn't had a b.m. for at least three days. Yet he still has an appitite. Any suggestions would be appretiated. Thank you.

My grand daughter is on this kick of telling jokes to me that she hears from her friends at school. Then she asks me to tell one but I've grown too old to remember much of ANYthing, much less kids jokes! Can you lead me to a kids jokes website or tell me a few of your own? Remember, keep it clean & appropriate for a 7 year old!!!

So you could write the names of the kids on them with a marker. But has anyone heard of other ways parents keep track of which baby is which?

My girlfriend was supposed to get her period from between this past Monday and tomorrow. She is just getting over being sick with the flu and bronchitis and would normally be feeling PMS by now. We took a FIRST RESPONSE pregnancy test on Tuesday night, which immediately came back NOT PREGNANT. I don't believe that she is late yet,she takes her birth control religiously but i am having a near heart attack over this. We are both one year out of college and are not even close to financially ready for a baby. Is First Response a reliable pregnancy test?

I am 40 weeks pregnant. I have tried sex and walking. I tried castor oil, but I threw up not 10 seconds after drinking it. Would an enema or laxative in pill form do the same trick? My cervix is soft but has not yet started to thin or dilate.

I personally think that the child has been through enough. It has to deal with the reason that it has been adopted in the first place (parent's died, parent's were junkies e.t.c.), then it has to deal with the stress of actually being adopted and then it has to deal with having same sex parents.

It's too much for a child to handle.

My doctor prescribed me FORTAMET Extended Release for my PCOS to help with weight loss, ovualtion etc...The thing is i have always had my period the same time of the month every month...But the doctor siad that doesn't mean i'm ovulating it could be break through bleeding that people think is reg but its not..So along with the meds he said to buy ovulation tests fromt he store and use those...my question is....
Does it really matter which one you use clear blue, answer or walgreens brand?
Second, it comes with 7 tests in one box, so when extactly do you start testing? after your period? Or am I suppose to buy a box every week??
If anyone has any ideas or suggestions with any of this please let me know...also is anyone else taking these meds?

My son recently turned 2 and is very advanced for his age. He knows ALL the primary colors, shapes, can count from 1 to 10 (in order), knows his ABC's (in order), can dress himself, talks in full sentences (his fave now, "what did you say"), he recognizes tv characters, knows many kid rhymes/songs, loves to "read", enjoys coloring (he knows how to draw a circle & a cloud), he eats on his own using fork and/or spoon, understands if he did something wrong or right. Can recognize & understand a plethora of other things (I'll be here all day if I were to share all that he knows, he even shocks me). HOWEVER, there's 1 thing he has yet to master, leaving his bottle (that's my fault). Despite all he has achieved in so little time, people look at me as if I'm such a bad mom. I've a Jersey attitude: don't look at me wrongly & don't say anything stupid! Trying hard to learn to be nice, how do I NICELY tell people to mind their BIZ & stop assuming my child isn't smart b/c he's on a bottle?

she is o.k at home and will go to the toilet at home, but sometimes i have noticed i have to prompt her. she has been potty trained since july 06 and has only had about 4 'accidents' but all of these bar one have been on the one day a week she is at nursery untill 5 o'clockpm. she holds it in till she gets home and then rushes to the loo as soon as our front door is open...the problem is i have told her nursery teacher about this, an asked them if they could prompt her if she looks like she needs the loo but she still is not using the toilet at school despite me telling the school on several occasions. any advice would be great, thank you in advance.
