I have one. I was told you could start trying after a month, and could be pregnant by six months on average, or close to it. Good Luck

I had an IUD, when I had to have exploratory surgery, they took it out, I asked about having it put back in afterwards, and they said I wouldn't need it for a while, since they had all of my parts in and out and "confused". Yep they were "confused" ok, I was PREGNANT before they stitches were out.
My can't get pregnant Son, it now 25.
Good Luck to you.

Well...you certainly don't have to wait to try ;)
As far as I know you can get pregnant immediately or at least after one cycle. Good luck to you!
