Definitely do not let her cry herself back to sleep. If she's waking up crying, then there's a reason, whether medical or psycological. So definitely have her ears checked by her pediatrician again before deciding it's due to a new schedule, or possibly her psycological "thinking" that her ears are still going to bother her in the middle of the night. She will realize after a few nights that they no longer bother her but in the meantime she may just need your comforting & reassurance. Her pedi will help you answer this question if he finds that the infection in her ears is indeed gone & there's something else going on with her.

I would go in and check on her after 7-10 min reassure her you are here and that she is fine. Maybe put some soothing music on for her sooth herself. You may also want to have her ears checks again to make sure the ears have cleared up.
Sometimes even though the antibiotics are gone they may still have an infection.

are you sure the infection is gone? it might be worth a follow up with her doctor.
try letting her settle herself. check on her dont' talk 'cause then she might think it's time to be social. give her her soother or a drink and leave her in bed.
my son co-sleeps so i really don't have to worry about the crying 'cause I'm there. good luck

i did no longer have this difficulty, my daughter (3 yrs previous) has constantly slept in her mattress. (that's the simplest in case you initiate while they seem to be a splash one.) yet I had a chum who became on your place, and she or he began sitting on the newborn's mattress while together as the newborn became going to sleep and each night slowly (Very slowly) moved faraway from the mattress and in direction of the door. ultimately, she became waiting to sit down on the door and then pass out of the room and the newborn now is going to mattress fantastic. initiate with a ordinary too, examine a e book or 3 :) on your infant together as she is laying in her mattress and communicate approximately your day mutually. this could enable her comprehend that it's time to quiet down and relax for the night. i hit upon that a bathtub spectacular earlier mattress facilitates calm my daughter down (and she or he knows after bathtub time it's time to have snack, brush tooth, hop in mattress, examine a e book, then lights out.) i wish it facilitates!
